Moderate selection of bagels, somewhat limited for a bagel shop. The bagels are tasty. The atmosphere consists of counter ordering, very small with no seating. Overall the food is wonderful, iced tea was so so.

So, everything I know about a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese as a Midwesterner was a life. So amazingly delicious. Cream cheese through the roof as it should be. And such sweet employees. You’ll definitely have to wait a good 10 minutes for your order on a weekday but totally worth it!

You guys are terrible. I don’t care how busy or how small you want to make your store, it does not take 15 minutes to put cream cheese on a bagel.

Waited over 30 minutes for a bagel. Expensive and terrible service. They’re clearly not prepared for rush hours and can’t manage delivery time expectations. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nothing special. The bagel tasted the same as the ones I get from my local bakery in Canada. Long wait to get my bagel after placing the order.

Apparently these are Montréal-style bagels (honey-boiled). Say what you will about introducing such a concept in New York, but I actually found these to be better than the bagels I had in Montréal.

I wish I could give them negative stars.
It took 45 minutes for our bagels, and then the order was wrong.
They are SO missed manged and getting everything wrong. Everyone was waiting, even the mobile orders that were told the order was ready.

Best bagels and gluten free option! But please why the staff (the one on the till actually) is so unfriendly that when I asked a question she just answered with the total price of my order… TWICE.

If you are in Rock Center, it's an OK choice. That said, it is an assembly line, so if you want your bagel double toasted or scooped out, don't come here, as you will be disappointed. Patronize the many other great bagel stores in NYC that have the time and desire to give the customer what they actually want. Service folks are friendly, though.
