I came to this location at 3:26 PM—well before their posted closing time of 4:00 PM—and was told they were closing. The tone and energy from the staff felt cold and dismissive, not at all welcoming. I left feeling disrespected as a customer. Regardless of how someone feels personally, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy. I won’t be returning to this location.

The employees are continuously berated and yelled at by what I assume to be the owners of the cafe. It’s very frustrating to watch. I also saw a rat in the lobby.

The owners responded! My name is Faith, and the fact that this has happened before is very telling!

Beautiful little spot with quaint little tables both inside and outside that provide surprisingly adequate seating. Decor and setting are clean and inviting, and the food is fresh and tasty. Recommended 100%.

I bought a $20 breakfast burrito on a Monday morning and the cafe was empty and I was told I couldn’t use my laptop even while I waited for the food. Then the food came and it sucked. A shame because I used to love this place. No wonder they no longer have customers.

I was asking the staff if the bagels were fresh from today and they said not sure because they are bought from a store and do not make them fresh in house. There are so many bagel shops that make fresh bagels.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! The pastries and food are always very fresh. It seems like the people who work here really care about their job. I also saw the owner today being really nice to the workers, it seems like he really cares too. I highly recommend!

I will not visit the city without getting my all-time favorite breakfast sandwich, the croissant with egg, cheese, add prosciutto 🥰
