Amazing food and great service. Good for all ages, in my opinion. Definitely want to go back and try other items.

Dope vibe for an afternoon lunch after some fun at the the color factory. My husband and I had the Texan Burger, yummy!! And our daughter had the chicken tenders.
Vaughn was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely go back for a quick bite.

No matter where I travel, Black Tap has been consistently the best burger place I've ever been to. Recently, i brought my family from out of state here and we found out that this location was where it all started. We were honored to meet Matt, who shared the company's accomplishments and goals, and had impeccable hospitality. We got the best burgers, split HUGE shakes, and left full and happy. I was unfortunately not able to come back this month like I wanted to, but am excited to visit in the future when im able!

I ordered a to-go meal for my husband. He said the bean burger wasn't bad. The highlight of my visit was the service. Voughn took care of my friends and I and was exceptional. Although he was wearing many hats while working, he still managed to be very attentive and helpful to us.

I don't understand why they only had the basement part of the restaurant open - it was awful down there. It felt like we were sitting in the kitchen. There were shipment boxes out waiting to be unpacked, the restroom seemed like an employee bathroom. The wait staff that was working there were VERY NICE, but there just weren't enough people. The food was very messy and there were no utensils and not enough napkins. We order the fried mozzarella which was delicious. The fried pickles were awful, the guacamole was terrible, it was mostly salsa on top of it and very runny, the chips tasted stale. The Oreo cake shake was delicious but beyond messy - it needed to be on a bigger plate and with utensils because it got all over the table. We ordered 2 of the cake shakes.....the cake slice tasted like artificial chemicals and the shake tasted like raw cake batter and again.....it got ALL OVER THE TABLE.....it should've come on bigger plates or with extra plates and needed utensils and ALOT of napkins, we could even eat them so we left. The bill was very expensive. We just ordered the guacamole, friend mozzarella and 3 shakes (they said they gave us the friend pickles for free, we didn't order them) and I think the bill was $185. The atmosphere was terrible and the food was barely edible. We had to go next door right after this to have something for dinner because we were starving.

We enjoyed lunch today. Reserved a table for 4 around 14:00. Once we arrived, we were greeted and seated immediately. Mr. Vaughn, our waiter, was awesome. He provided timely service, an accurate food order, and enjoyable conversation to the entire family. The food and shakes were superb! We definitely recommend Black Tap for their burgers, shakes, and professional service.

Very tasty food, but overpriced. They didn't appear to have a kids menu so my son ordered the chicken fingers appetizer. The waiter asked him if he'd like fries with that, so I assumed there was a seperate kids meal of chicken fingers and fries. Nope. Full side of fries ($9) in addition to the $14.50 chicken fingers. A bit pricey for a 10 year old. They also charged for water.
