Black Tap’s burgers are absolutely fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. What really made our visit special was our waitress, Amarie. She was incredibly patient and kind, especially with all my weird pregnancy cravings and my husband’s allergy restrictions. She handled everything with a smile and made us feel completely at ease. Great food and even better service!

Von was an exceptional server and we hope to see him again when we are bac in town. The food was great as well.

I had the pleasure of being served by Caitlyn, and her service was great. My food came in about 10 minutes and it was good. I highly recommend the Wagyu burger and the Tokyo Lemonade if you drink. 10/10 experience!

Went on Sunday, May 4 rude weight staff literally no service at all. Food came out completely missing items. Was offered no highchair for the child that was with us cramped seven adults and a child into a booth refused to let two of us sit by ourselves at our own table Literally could not find the staff to fix the problems slipped on wet floors, no sign of wet floors and they applied their own personal tip for a party of six as we ordered nothing for the baby. The waitress literally stood over us, waiting for us to pick out our food instead of giving us time to look at the menu, and after our food was served, literally disappeared. Could not find her to tell her that the food was wrong could not even find her to order shakes for dessert Terrible terrible service and my food might’ve tasted better. Had it actually been prepared correctly and had all of it there but when half your salad comes out with stuff missing it doesn’t taste right would not recommend this place to anybody.

New York-35th Amazing staff! Mia C was on top of everything. She was thoughtful and fast. She was excited for my son who was turning 10. So much food and make sure you get a shake.

NYC Location… We had the bison burgers and they were absolutely amazing We also had Chocolate shake, and it was amazing We highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and awesome staff. Quickly accommodated my family of 5 walking in on a random Sunday afternoon, and Vaughn made my girls (4, 6, and 9) feel welcomed and laugh while they ordered and ate their meals. 10/10 super recommend.

Spectacular burgers and super friendly service. I ate a Tenesse and it was very delicious. Furthermore, they made a mistake with the potatoes and before I could even warn them, they had already given me extra ones as an apology. Very attentive

The best burger in the city and it’s located in midtown - nice vibing establishment - busy but the service is impeccable, the host seat you immediately and all the foods are made to order..if you are in search for a good burger nice and juicy and full of flavor this is the place to visit!
