Iil’ve been going to this place for years and still love it. Their breakfast choices are unmatched in consistent quality and breadth of menu. I usually go for the delicious salmon bagel and a cortado.

I love the coffee here and broadly it’s a solid café. That said, the food is really hit or miss. The berry waffles are awful: hard (like store-bought Trader Joe’s “waffles”), syrup-less, and somewhat without flavor. The bacon scramble is a touch overcooked with very rubbery, wet bacon pieces. I liked the salmon breakfast sandwich.

Best quick lunch in this area.
Cute spot for counter serve breakfast. Decent prices, food was yummy. Warm tap water.
Loved the ambience, the staff was very friendly, and the food was great. This is on the top of my list in the area. Highly recommend everyone to visit if you are here

Good food, frwsh and tasty. Nice and quick service.
Just too loud....the acoustics are bad and with so many people talking the music is too much on top of it.
Otherwise always a nice place to have a quick tasty bite to eat.

Avocado toast itself is worth the trip. However, smoked salmon bagel is just alright. I also expected the Vietnamese iced coffee to come with the full gear that even hole in the wall pho shops would serve.

The eggs were unseasoned and SWIMMING in liquid butter. For $20. Inedible.

Crowded with minimal AC. Outdoor tables face construction smoke. Skip this location. Go to the upper westside one instead.
A decent spot for a quick catch-up. Nothing fancy—just a simple, no-frills café where you can get some work done or grab a bite or drink.
