perfer any other blank street but the one on 57th. Whenever you ask for extra syrups that aren’t originally included in the drink they tell you it’s for safety reasons, but honestly gives the same energy as the ice cream machine being broken in McDonalds.

It didn’t worth the hype. I think for this price I know some place better. The thing is I knew this place from tiktok. There’s a video about coffee/matcha that you should try in NYC and I just saw this place accidentally, so I stopped by and tried some. BUT their matcha tasted so watery I thought I ordered pistachio milk with water and then I just saw how their matcha was prepared so I got it.

I never ever leave reviews but the absolute sweetest barista made our drinks today. She was so genuinely kind and caring for each of the customers despite the busy store and her being the only worker. I asked for the wrong drink by accident and didn’t realize until I got the drink. She said she’d make me the other one but I insisted not because it was completely my fault. A few minutes later she brought me the one l I intended to order!! It was absolutely not necessary but so greatly appreciated. Her energy made my whole day and I’m sure many other customer’s days as well. I wish the absolute absolute best for her!!🫶🫶

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your store today. I’ve always been a big fan of your Cookie & Cream Matcha drink, and I even came for it three days in a row. However, what happened today was completely unacceptable.
I visited your store at 1:45 PM this afternoon. The store was quite busy, but I patiently placed my order for a large Cookie & Cream Matcha drink, paid for it, and waited.
To my surprise, even after 10 minutes wait, my drink never came out. Customers who ordered after me were already receiving their drinks. I asked the staff at the counter why others were getting their drinks while mine still wasn’t ready.
Then, the female barista who was making drinks simply remade a large matcha drink with almond milk, placed it in front of me without a word, and walked away. I didn’t take it because that was not what I ordered.
When I explained this to her, she insisted that was the drink I paid for and spoke to me with a very rude and dismissive attitude. It seemed like she might have been overwhelmed or frustrated with her workload, but that’s not a reason to take it out on customers — especially those who are just there for something they enjoy.
Eventually, she did re-enter the correct order for me and issued a refund for the wrong drink, but by then, the experience had already left me upset and disappointed. I came in with excitement just to enjoy a drink I love, not to be treated so poorly.
Even though I really like your drinks, after today I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It’s just a drink — there was no need for that kind of attitude toward a customer who didn’t do anything wrong.
I hope your store will review the security camera from this time period and take this matter seriously. No customer should be treated this way.
