Really beautiful

This was our first time there. We had made reservations for Blend and not Belnd On The Water. That was our fault, don't make the same mistake. They were accommodating and got us seated. Our waitress was great and the food was delicious. Definitely grab an espresso martini. If you haven't been before I would definitely give it a try!

Trying to make a reservation for a large party here? DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
They don’t take you seriously, they don’t answer emails or phone calls, and when they finally do pick up, no one gives you any real information. They even told me they were about to send the payment link for the deposit and contract, but it never happened. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I had my wedding dinner here and it was a great experience! We had 12 guests total. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Ashley, the event manager, and the wait staff went above and beyond to make our day feel very special. The restaurant is beautiful with pretty decor and amazing views of the city, which is great for pictures.

Our server Lina was outstanding! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. She checked on us at all the right moments, made great recommendations, and her positive energy really stood out. She turned a regular dinner into a memorable experience. Blend on the Water is lucky to have her!

From the minute we sat down, I could tell this meal wasn’t going to match the price tag. The food *looked* good, but the flavor was underwhelming. My chicken was so dry I needed a glass of water just to get through one bite, and honestly the only thing that tasted good was the guacamole… and for what we paid, that shouldn’t be the highlight. The bill situation made everything worse. Our group of nine was charged an automatic 20% gratuity and another 18% on top of that. The bill jumped from about $1,300 to $1,700, and we had to spend nearly ten minutes talking to staff because they were “surprised.” How do you not notice a difference that big? They fixed it eventually, but this place feels like a scam. By the end of the night, each of us paid around $150 for a meal that definitely wasn’t worth it. This place isn’t for people who actually know or grew up eating real Latino food. Los dueños deberían estar avergonzados. It’s for tourists and people who don’t know the difference. Again, it feels like a scam. You’re paying an overpriced amount for food that tastes like a fancy TV dinner by the water. And the responses to reviews? You can tell they’re using ChatGPT. Just adds to the feeling that this place is all show, no substance.

At this point, it’s clear you’re paying for the aesthetic, not the quality. We’re in a recession… let’s be for real.

Overall: overpriced, underwhelming, and definitely not somewhere I’d return.

Came to blend to celebrate my mothers birthday on a thursday. Surprsingly it was packed but not that packed - managable. Wasn’t our first time here. But as usual, evrything from the food, setting, atmosphere, staff, music and service was quite exceptional. For a party of 5 the bill was reasonable. They should consider doing adjustments to the restaurant’s lighting....its a little dark at night. Makes it hard to have a conversation.

After hearing so many wonderful recommendations from friends, my husband and I finally decided to celebrate our anniversary here and what an unforgettable evening! The atmosphere, the food, and the service were truly top-tier.
To make it even more special, the restaurant surprised us with a complimentary dessert in honor of our anniversary. Such a thoughtful and lovely gesture!
