There is no space inside, but at the entrance, there is a public space for you to sit. So, if the weather is nice, it is quite a great place in the area.The staff here is very good. During peak hours, they handle crowds very well. They are also very polite even when it gets busy.The best drink is, of course, their signature Nola, but they also have a variety of different other drinks. I have tried the matcha latte. It was good.

Maybe I ran into those not very friendly staff in this store last week. I always like Blue bottle and be a fan by checking in different stores in different cities and collecting the mugs including holiday mug and bottles.Last Friday, My phone was dying and I needed to charge it before my friend came to pick me up. Long story short, because there is no plug on the wall to charge the phone. No staff would help me to do that with my own charger…their attitude was very cold from my perspective.I had no choice but went to one private club nearby where I know very well just to charge the phone…

So pre-arriving into NYC for our trip I'd heard good things about the Blue Bottle Coffee chain so was pretty sure I'd seek one out whilst on our visit. Thankfully this branch was relatively close to where we were staying - I say thankfully this also became a bit of an addiction for our visit! On arrival I browsed the menu and one thing stood out to me a Nola Cola - something I'd never seen anywhere else before. Being pretty hot and humid out I figured an iced coffee would be a great idea. The service was quick, easy and all very efficient. Within a couple of minutes we received our drinks and I noticed something different about my iced coffee...it was SPARKLING! Now what person on this planet decided that a SPARKLING ICED COFFEE was something to try? Whoever that person is, give them a raise! It is an incredible concoction and one that sadly I haven't accurately replicated since. The blend of spices used within it and the chicory flavour is nothing short of artwork. Yes, ok there will be some coffee professionado that will say "it's not right" - you need to try it to believe it! Absolute game changer, the shop is simplistic and the output is incredible!
