It’s my fav coffee shop and I come here every morning even though it’s 4 blocks away from the school cause I love the taste and quality of the coffee. Coffee here is twice more expensive than in Pret A Manger, which is closer. But I still come here cause I enjoy the taste.
Last three times I came here, they got my order wrong. There were 3 employees serving the guests, and only 4-5 guests. I always order a latte with oat milk. They gave me with whole milk. I don’t drink the coffee until I get to school and eat my breakfast. So don’t want to spend more time coming back and asking for another one. Because of this situation, I had a stomachache for 2 days straight (I’m lactose intolerant). Please be more attentive to your guests. I will no longer leave any tips, cause I don’t respect these kind of major mistakes. Please train your employees how to work with customers.

I just wanna shout out this Blue Bottle location- the baristas / staff have always been great, and my coffee is always wonderful. Penn Station can be ... not wonderful, so it's nice to have this place as an occasional treat around the corner. Thanks!
Bad customer experience. Won’t come back
While I was sad to learn of the seasonal menu- ‘cause I was jonesing for their Cardamon flavored coffee- the staff happily helped me to find an alternative.
Went to get a chai latte and it was horrible tasted like water down milk with cinnamon, for almost $8 i expected more and better quality
