Great coffee. Bad customer service.
It’s my fav coffee shop and I come here every morning even though it’s 4 blocks away from the school cause I love the taste and quality of the coffee. Coffee here is twice more expensive than in Pret A Manger, which is closer. But I still come here cause I enjoy the taste.
Last three times I came here, they got my order wrong. There were 3 employees serving the guests, and only 4-5 guests. I always order a latte with oat milk. They gave me with whole milk. I don’t drink the coffee until I get to school and eat my breakfast. So don’t want to spend more time coming back and asking for another one. Because of this situation, I had a stomachache for 2 days straight (I’m lactose intolerant). Please be more attentive to your guests. I will no longer leave any tips, cause I don’t respect these kind of major mistakes. Please train your employees how to work with customers.
