I don’t know what it is about this location but the staff is so rude. They’ve never friendly or helpful- i understand it’s busy but no other coffee shops let their stresses or anger out on customers. The first time I thought it was an isolated incident but every time I go back I get the same rude service.

The guy to whom I made an order today is absolutely careless to the order customers make. I gave him an empty cup saying I would like to get a half-and-half on the site with my black coffee (I am a regular customer for 5 years, all bartenders know me and never mix an order). As a result, he was adding milk to my black coffee. I was in need to repeat and explain my order 4 times, do he started paying attention to what was saying. The guy cannot work in such a busy location, he does not comprehend what customers tell him or asked to do.

Horrible service the cashier was confused when I said I had the change and said I already put the amount in! I received my coffee with oat milk like I ordered but the coffee was lukewarm! I asked why the coffee wasn’t hot she said our milk is cold so our coffee is served like that! Then said I can make it over again but put less milk maybe it’ll be warmer! I walked out I will never go again ! At over 6$ for a cup of coffee save your money and go elsewhere

I think their main coffee machine was out, still make a good cup of coffee, just wasn’t as good as some of the other Blue bottles we have been to. Espresso shots were made long before the milk was added so it was like warm when you got it. Long wait and it was not that busy

Overrated in my mind. The coffee is OK however the seats are not too convenient to seat with a friend and talk. This is mostly take your coffee and go or seat by yourself for few minutes and for that… the quality doesn’t justify the wait. Sorry.
