I used to love blue bottle and raved it to everyone I know but unfortunately the quality has declined over time. Maybe how it was made depends on the barista? I don’t know.
Today, I ordered a sweet latte with oat milk - on the menu it’s stated that all drinks are made with oat milk and any substitute milk is extra $1, still I was charged extra $1. My total was around $9.50 for a simple cup of milked down iced latte :-/ No more blue bottle for me. The coffee isnt worth the price. Go get coffee elsewhere

Everything is great EXCEPT the iced drinks coming in small cardboard cups. Guys! Where are the proper iced drink cups?

I was disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered an iced latte, but it was served in a cardboard cup instead of a plastic one, and the cup was less than half full. The second drink I ordered was also iced, but again, it came in a cardboard cup with barely any cold foam and very little ice.
For the price, I expected the drinks to meet standard quality and presentation. I truly hope your baristas are trained to follow proper drink preparation standards so that customers receive what they order and deserve.

Rude service from the blonde barista with a bandana. You would think for prices like this they’d put more effort into their customer service. Would not return for the attitude or the coffee.

Disappointing. Blue Bottle used to be synonymous with quality service, sleek ambiance, meticulous drinks. These days it is hardly different from a Starbucks. My hot chocolate order was mishandled, then the re-do had so much chocolate ganache, it was undrinkable.

Not the Blue Bottle circa the years they came out. Nothing against this location per se decent basic level customer service ect but I have had coffee here and blue bottles horrendous prices for the lower quality of bean is appalling.
