Look, the coffee is very good. I understand BB is a shop that serves a more quality product. But why am I being charged the “pour over” price ($5… up from $4 not long ago) for a drip coffee from a spigot? Pour over is a specialty drink, like a cappuccino, etc. that a barista has to take time to make. Drip coffee from the spigot is made in a machine. It’s not the same, and if you’re a real coffee snob, it doesn’t taste the same either. Coffee prices have gotten out of hand.
Horrible costumer service. I feel like the staffs are being so rude to me the moment I stepped in maybe because I’m Asian. Come on guys stop being so freaking racist and do your god damn job.?

I came 5:45 (15 min before closing) and was told the coffee machine was cleaned and can’t be used anymore. I run 6 blocks to get coffee in my favorite chain, and thats what I got. The guy at the register was very polite, but this is not what you call good customer service.

They gave me a long cup of coffee and a short cup of milk. First they gave it to me with cinnamon, I had to ask for change and then they gave it to me short of coffee and with frozen milk.
