I've loved coming to Blue Bottle for ages, the coffee and service were excellent. But, this is the third location and service unfortunately has gone downhill... I asked twice that I wanted my coffee to stay, and they've prepared it on paper cups! When I complained, they just poured it on the glassware... I regret tipping when I pre-paid for it. In the "good old days", they would have prepared a new cup...

Never again. I ordered a bella donavan coffee and asked for iced. I was handed cold brew. If bella donavan didn't come in a iced version he should have said so. Regular coffee and cold brew have different caffeine levels. Menu was hard to navigate. Not worth it it when they will ring you up anything.

The place is really nice, it is located inside a shopping center. I ordered a cappuccino. Coffee just doesn't taste like anything. It doesn't taste like coffee. It's just like having a hot drink. Everything is very industrialized. The price a little expensive. The attention was new but I would not return.

Oh my goodness I had the most amazing service from Jan! They were such a delight and brought so much joy to such a long work day! If you need a quick pick me up go see Jan not only for a good cup of coffee but a wonderful experience!

I have had bad experience on my regular drip coffee. I asked for whole milk, which should be available without an excuse, it is a simply whole milk, regular milk. Second issue, the condiments sections is always dirty, and messed up around. No stirrers available. $5.75 for 12 oz regular poured coffee? Coffee is for enjoyment. I could hold myself to share this bad experience. I am not a hater but, sorry, i wish you could have served better.
