The food, service, and the atmosphere were amazing. It's always a great place to dine before a show.
The elevator was not working but the manager took me down in an another elevator to leave. BUT Cashed in 10K points ($80) and they didn't honor it, ( I shouldn t have been able to make a reservation with those points. AND I missed out on the 1000 points I would have gotten for just paying full price - which is what ended up anyway! (But no points) Now I have to figure how to get the points back from opentable. I sure wish they had a PHONE to cal and talk to a human!
Wonderful dinner with my mom. Loved the Blu Fin sushi roll and the lobster bisque was delicious. My oysters Rockefeller was the bomb!!! Our server TYE was great. She has a fabulous personality and her service was excellent We will definitely be back. Great dinner before our Broadway show.
Overall, a good solid choice if seeing a play, perfect location. The staff will work to ensure that everything is perfect. Of note, the server Tim and his manager really helped us out. Both my wife and I had fish dishes, excellent value.
Food was good but waited for a lot of things such as water, drinks and side dishes. Had to keep asking for it- not enough servers/assistants. Poor waitress was running around by herself trying to accommodate everything.
While the food was wonderful, the noise level from the music itself made it impossible to have a conversation.
The seafood tower was amazing. Al was a wonderful server and very attentive. The pricing was fair and appropriate.
Sushi was very good. The scallops came out raw and when they came back they were not munch better.
Very nice open atmosphere. Food was great. Waiter was very slow, not engaged and did not provide great service.
The salmon and the branding were dry and overcooked. The bread rolls looked nice but we're not fresh.

The restaurant looks cool and the sushi is really good, however my lobster fried rice was inedible. The lobster was rubber and the fried rice just tasted like burnt sesame oil.
It was close to our theatre and our server was lovely. That's was the good. From sticky drink glasses to fishy not so fresh sushi the whole meal was a disaster but we didn't have time to find a different place to eat before our show. I know the restaurants in Times Square are middle of the road at best but honestly this one was a new low even for Times Square.
Eh It is hard to find a place to eat around the theatre district with relatively edible food on really short notice. When the competition is Bubba Gumps and the Olive Garden it is a 5. With real competition the food is small town mediocre
We had an early dinner before attending a play. Seated at 17:00, our service was attentive and the overall noise level was low to moderate. As we were leaving close to 18:30, the noise was picking up but still not loud. Service was great and personable. The food was delicious - we started with oysters and crabcake. Both were excellent - the crabcake was exceptional. I had the salmon simply prepared, my tablemates had the lobster bisque and the sea bass. Both dishes were exceptional, the lobster bisque was not as creamy as expected but still had good flavor. The desert was ample and nicely priced as well as extremely tasty without being too sweet. Overall a winner!
We had a delicious meal before a show. The location is so convenient right on Times Square. Our server, Nicole, was very attentive and friendly. The menu is extensive and the seafood is very fresh and deliciously prepared.
