Food and atmosphere really good, but the costumer service really bad, specifically the service of a girl with curly hair and green eyes(She was using a pink cowgirl hat), she was really rude with my group. We were in the middle of the tables because you guys didn’t have enough tables for everyone(Super bowl)and of course I understand that because I work with costumer service too.Many times she screamed “move” in a rude and disrespectful way, even when we were getting drinks; also near to us people in the same problem(without tables) and she never told anything to them. I know it was a busy day but you need to have certain manners if you are working with customers.I hope you change this kind of things.

Lively sports bar with solid bar food options. Don't sleep on the seasoned French fries and BH burger?.
The fun lasts one night but the permanent hearing damage lasts forever. The tinnitus from just one night at this bar simply will not go away.

Love going to Blue Haven for Michigan games. My friends and I were going for the Michigan/Penn State game, and reserved two tables over a month in advance of the game. We cancelled one table a week before, via text message with the manager, but did not find out until we arrived, he cancelled both tables instead of one. When confronting the manager with the issue, did not receive one apology. He continuously told us it was our fault and that we cancelled the entire reservation, though our correspondence via text said to cancel one table only. It was only until we showed him the screenshot of our text message exchange that he realized he messed up. Extremely unprofessional behavior to not have the manager take ownership for giving away our reservation. We were beyond disappointed to not have the manager whose fault this was take responsibility for giving away our reservation.
