Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya is always a pleasure to celebrate my anniversary. We try to come every year. The food is always delicious and the staff is so kind. The only downside are when other guests are overtly loud and obnoxious. I notice that the staff still tries their best when handling these types of customers. You can't control how other guests' behavior will be. But you can always count on good food and service from the restaurant.

Love coming here. Brought my parents the maître D was beyond hospitable. He was so thoughtful when it came to my parents needs. Food was amazing as always. Will obviously very happily come back. happy to have you in my neighborhood!

Visited on a Sunday evening, early. Restaurant was nearly empty, so it was an added benefit. Ambience is very nice, and wait staff is very friendly and capable. Nice menu, which includes "American" dishes for those not sushi lovers. Our table dined on steak, teriyaki salmon, fried rice, and assorted sushi. Everyone loved their meals. Special dessert of tempura brownies ala mode was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Most of the food was very good! I ordered a dragon roll which I couldn't eat. But they very nicely took it off the bill and substituted a different role. Other than that, we had a very nice experience there.

Blue Ribbon Izakaya is our go-to restaurant for any special occasions. We especially like sitting at the sushi counter to have an intimate dining experience. We also truly enjoy the work of the MARVELOUS sushi chefs, who go above and beyond to craft truly special and delicious food. Went here for a birthday dinner and the service was outstanding. The server was consistently switching out our plates and always checking in on us and very attentive. The food was amazing as well, we ended up ordering an appetizer & 5 different kinds of maki rolls for two people!

Cute date spot! Food is delicious, wouldn’t say it’s life changing but if you’re craving sushi it’ll definitely scratch that itch. Felt nice and light afterwards too. Staff was kind and helpful!
EDIT: had to come back and say the spicy tuna crispy rice appetizer absolutely was life changing

This is the Blue Ribbon money grab for tourists and large parties. The sushi was uninspired. Prices were blue ribbon typical. Restaurant decor and size feels like a Cheesecake Factory.
