Wow! Terrible brafesst experience. Egg sandwich was dry semi cold - bread was tasteless. My late was burnt beans and hot water/milk. And I was charged twice for the late and did not get a refund. I just walked away from the register. Been in a bad mood all morning thinking about my $25 plus dollars that I wasted on a bad breakfast. Not cool.

Ordered a ham & cheese croissant, reiterated twice I wanted it without egg and a cappuccino. Was charged $20.83usd I thought that was wildly expensive but am visiting from Australia so was unsure.
My croissant came out with egg on it, hence why it was so expensive.
No effort to reimburse the over charged amount, just got a bad attitude from the man who I assume is the owner - I think he thought i couldn’t hear him with my headphones on.

Absolutely the friendly people around.
There is good coffee everywhere, but this place has GREAT coffee and killer service.
The St— Bu-ks across the street was always empty because everyone was at this place.

I will always go here when in NYC.

Loved this place…

I love this place and stop by anytime I'm in the area. The breakfast and lunch sandwiches are awesome and high quality, especially the BLT on ciabatta, the egg avocado and cheddar, and the chicken mozzarella pesto red pepper panini. Great coffee drinks and baked goods too. The folks who work here are so nice--good vibes in the store.

The turkey sausage was definitely not made there. I could’ve bought a frozen breakfast wrap that would’ve been better.

TLDR: Chill coffee shop (no pun intended) w/ ice cream cookie sandwiches and affogato.

The funny part is their ice cream is literally from Trader Joe’s and their cookies, I presume, are similarly “locally sourced”. Can’t hate the result or the hustle tho - affogato and ice cream cookie sandwiches still were quite tasty.

Great little coffee shop / café with an extensive menu. Decent amount of seating. Staff was friendly and efficient. Coffee is flavorful and the bagels we had were fresh and generously topped with our spread of choice. Would recommend.
