Worst in store customer service. Basically all 3 blue mercury stores I have been in. Upper west side on Columbus 88th and 3rd But 75th &third Ave is the worst. They all stand around in a mostly empty store and they just talk to each other. nobody asks if they can help. They just take your card when you are ready to pay. This Blue Mercury is my go-to for skincare and cosmetic products. They not only have a great selection, but really friendly and helpful staff. Also pro tip: sign up for their rewards program (just with an email). Almost every time I'm there they give me a bunch of wonderful free samples. My only complaint about this place is that I always leave with more than I came for!
