Super rude Asian girl making the drinks. Ordered ahead and got there 15 mins after ordering still wasn’t ready. I waited another 10 minutes and noticed the employees talking and standing around so I asked about it. She snaps if it’s not there it’s not ready. Turns out my ticket fell on the floor and nobody made the order. Would have just left if I didn’t pay for it in the app.

the food was definitely frozen. Chicken was not tasty. Had a frozen taste to it. Also, the customer service was horrendous. No smile, no warm welcome. Disappointed since I used to love Bluestone Lane :(

Extremely friendly and accommodative team here. They helped with a large order of 7 coffee boxes on super short notice - amazing service. Highly recommend and would come back for more of our corporate orders
