Nicolas provides absolutely amazing customer service! He’s always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making each visit a great experience. On top of that, he makes the BEST latte—perfectly balanced, smooth, and exactly to my taste every time. Truly outstanding!

I enjoy my coffee a very specific way— & here they never make me feel like it’s an inconvenience. It’s always a positive experience. All the Baristas are great!! Nick though— will always triple check once my coffee is done to make sure it’s perfect the way I like, making not just my morning but the experience of walking in and out so much better than other places.

I came here a few days ago and I loved the atmosphere. It was really quiet and peaceful overall and great place to just chill and do my work. The barista on shift Nicole was also really sweet and helpful. She helped me out with what to order since it was my first time here.

$6 for a latte, asked for extra hot, was charged 50 cents extra, and received luke warm 8 oz coffee. Seriously?? Starbucks is a bargain compared to this place. Servers clearly don't care what they give. Would not recommend. Total rip off.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The only good thing that came out of this was the Peanut butter and berry toast. I got an Iced Milo and it just tasted like Cold Milk, the Matcha Strawberry latte was just water with ice and greens. Didn’t have any flavor. Was very disappointed because my Niece was so excited to come.

Nick, my now favorite customer service person, was incredible in supporting me given my gluten allergies. Nick insisted on personally making me a customized gluten free salmon avocado toast because this was their favorite. It was beautifully presented and de-licious!!! I gush because it’s not often us folks with food allergies experience compassionate service. My deepest gratitude to Nick and Bluestone Lane at 6th and 43rd.

Avocado toast not what it used to be. Too acid, not tasty and feta and cherry tomatoes are extra that are not worthy (2 dollars for 1 cherry tomato)

Great spot if you appreciate the coffee culture from down under.
