I was on vacation with my family and we decided to stop by at this coffee shop that my family and I always go to when we come to New York. However, Francisco was very disrespectful. I am so disappointed and embarrassed! His customer service was unacceptable, he was unaware with everything, also messed up my order, while then telling me “that’s not my problem” after he made the mistake.. I politely asked if he can replace it and he then came at my family and I very harsh and disrespectful. My family and I will never be coming here again!

We ordered two coffees with milk and they gave us cold ones, I went to ask them to pour hot milk and a guy who served us told me that of course the milk was cold and swearing in very unpleasant Aramaic I poured milk that was not hot enough 9 dollars to the trash. We left them there and he still had the nerve to tell us to throw it in the trash. We left very disappointed with the service. January 29, 2025 at 5 p.m.

Love this location! The team (Chelsea, Dre, and the manager Q) are so kind and efficient even during busy times. It is alway clean inside and the bowls are fresh/ delicious!

Came here on Tuesday and was blown away by the above and beyond service, friendly staff, great Australian coffee and bacon and egg croissant was a real perk.
