Service is getting worse and worse.. I started recommending this shop to my friends, but I’ll stop now. Yesterday I came in for a coffee and croissant. Card machine wouldn’t work, I tried to get the girl’s attention behind the counter, she just rolled her eyes at me like it was my fault the card machine wouldn’t work. She didn’t offer to heat the croissant or anything. It was gross. Straight out of the cabinet.Today I came in for breakfast and a smoothie and I bought a friend with me. I had to remind the staff twice to make my drink, and my friend even asked as well as we were both sick of waiting. Over 20 minutes later, after I finished my breakfast, I got my smoothie.Think I’ll just give up on this place, day by day it’s getting worse.

Extremely slow. Spent almost all of the 10 minutes I waited helping another customer post a review for how good they were.

Brilliantly quick and efficient service! We ordered 30+ cappuccinos and Maite & Cece were excellent, making them in good time with a pleasant professionalism.

New favorite coffee shop! Ordered my latte with light vanilla flavor and it came out perfectly. First thing I thought when I took my first sip was that it was a perfect temperature. Normally when I order from Starbucks I have to wait a few minutes to enjoy my coffee because it’s too hot. Super convenient location right across the street from port authority. Staff was very friendly & fast!

Website is extremely confusing from an allergy perspective. Some toasts and items have allergens, others do not - leaving me to believe certain things do not contain allergens

Clean and uncrowded... Two adjectives you probably wouldn't associate with a place directly across the street from Port Authority Bus Terminal. If you need to kill a bit of time waiting for a bus, do it here!!! But buy something, of course!I was very pleasantly surprised by the relatively serene, non-loud atmosphere. Decent people-watching windows, too.Vegetarian options: I had an egg and cheese croissant with Impossible meatless sausage. I like Starbuck's Impossible sandwich better but Bluestone's was a worthy contender.

Visiting from Portland,OR and when we saw this shop we got all excited to try it! We ordered iced vanilla latte, matcha latte and peanut butter berry toast and everything tasted fantastic! They also have their own coffee beans! Maite was very nice and welcoming, she also made our drinks, we recommend this place.

I typically love Bluestone and I do like their coffee but this location needs some work. They don't offer their full food menu, I'm guessing due to no kitchen space, which is fine. The smoothies they offer are super boring and don't offer any special ingredients that I wouldn't typically put in my home made smoothie. I'd skip those.I work across the street, so this is convenient to me and I come often. My flat white is ALWAYS cold. They need to be trained on how to ensure proper temp of beverages.I spent $150 on InKind to use at Bluestone for my daily coffee run and I'm unable to use it here. InKind blames it on Bluestone and Bluestone blames it on InKind. I believe it's a Bluestone issue as it works fine everywhere else. Plus, the Bluestone app never works.I was emailed a coupon for $5 to use yesterday. I went down to get a coffee and the employee gave me a look and said he was so annoyed with customers over this. Ok? Nice to see you too. He said he didn't know how to use it and would call someone. He came back 5 minutes later and said I couldn't use it, even though it was just emailed to me and said I could only use it that day. That's false advertising. He was super rude about it and the company seems very disorganized.I will probably find another local shop. I want my coffee run to be a nice little break from the day and I always leave there annoyed that I have to put my coffee in the microwave. Lots of other cafes that offer loyalty rewards that actually work.

I am a frequent customer -The coffee and smoothies are dependably good.Eli, Sara, Erik and Joe-Anna are welcoming, friendly faces that make my morning coffee like a trip to by local neighborhood spot.I strongly recommend!

Wish there were more food options and outlets for charging a laptop/phone. Cute place.

employees are very rude. there’s no greeting and they don’t even tell you when your food is ready after sitting for 30 minutes i had to go ask for my food, to find out it was sitting on back counter out of reach for customers and was cold by the time I asked for it. food was good I could only imagine what it taste like warm or hot. coffee was great but the staff puts a bad taste in your mouth right from the get go. coffee shops should have a fun atmosphere and they were all miserable and very unfriendly. go anywhere else
