THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT. Stop giving it one star because it's not a restaurant. This is simply a frozen dumpling establishment that you can buy from and cook at home youself.
I've only bought their soup dumplings and chive+pork dumplings. Overall, for $23/50pcs, it is a great deal. The skin is not as delicate and thin as you'd normally get from a restaurant (because they have to withstand being frozen), but they're just as juicy and the flavor is top notch.
I didn't enjoy the chive+pork dumplings as much though. I thought the chive flavor was a bit muted.

THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT. THEY GAVE ME FROZEN FOOD :( CASH ONLY. VERY MISLEADING. THEY DONT EVEN TASTE GOOD, its way too much bread and not enough filling. the dumpling filling is gross, the meat one is OK.

Truly a wonderful experience to step through the door and feel like you’re backstage at the dumpling factory (because you are). All the ladies are so nice, and to watch them shape these exquisite dumplings and line them up in beautiful little rows for freezing is just indescribably awesome. Highly recommended!

They only sell frozen dumplings and buns. Don’t expect them to cook it for you.

Hello, Friend.
Attention non-Chinese people: learn enough Mandarin that you can ask for what you want, then bring home dumplings that are prolly what Joe's Shanghai isbeing supplied with, you can inpress friends and dates, get a surprised laugh from a buncha middle-aged Chinese women that will appreciate that you're making the effort, and get basically restaurant-level dumplings if you have any idea what you're doing
Delicious. You can also buy frozen dumplings. Kids love them.
I bought Small meat chinese bun, Meat bun and Chinese bun. I had a small meat bun and it was very tasty with plenty of soup.I've posted the current price list. The prices have gone up, but they are still affordable!
