Double check your orders. We visited this afternoon. I ordered a decaf latte and was given a decaf tea latte. Took it back and was told they were working on it. When I took what she gave me, I had a caramel latte. Again I asked for a decaf latte and was finally told that they don’t offer a decaf latte. I’d already paid and didn’t bother asking for a refund as I was disappointed with the incompetence and poor communication. The others in our group liked what they received.
Decent drink selection (from matcha lattes, milk tea, to regular iced tea) and topping options. Not much to say about astmosphere (lack of seating overall just a small spot) designed for pickup with a corner selling merch. My drink was quite flavorful and the boba was good and chewy, but even nicer; the staff - very attentive/helpful and just friendly.
This is more of a pick-up spot - the customer area is basically just in front of the counter, and the rest of the space is the kitchen. The staff are very nice - I usually order online (Thai Tea Boba with Almond Jelly) and it's ready in 5 mins on the counter for pick-up. Super easy - staff is kind. If you're looking for a place to sit, walk around SoHo and enjoy the vibes.
