Well worth the price tag, honestly one of the best (if not the best) steaks I've had in years. Service was also good banter which added to the evening. A delight to return having not been to a Bobby Van's in a few

Great location near Grand Central with views of the street and area. Service here is always top notch. The Horseradish Crusted Salmon was a good sized portion and delicious. The sides were also good, especially the mashed potatoes.

Bobby Van's was AMAZING!!! My friends and I got the porterhouse steak and it was the best steak I had ever had. The staff was great and friendly. Cool funky ambience. I'll be back during my next trip to NYC.

Jose was fantastic. He took the stress out of our 4 hour delay. Great customer service!

We had the best experience at Bobby Van's! Our waiter, Paul, made our meal so memorable by offering outstanding menu suggestions, being incredibly attentive despite a packed restaurant, and keeping us entertained with his delightful personality. The meal was spot on: great wine, oysters on the half shell (incredible), Caesar salad, the porterhouse for two (wow!), sautéed mushrooms, cheesecake and after dinner drinks to top it off. We will definitely be back!

Amazing service and the steak was top tier! This is coming from someone who has been to MANY steakhouses around the world). We had a late reservation, but my parents were stuck in Grand Central Station where all exits were closed by NYPD due to on-going protests. The host promised that the kitchen would stay open until my parents arrived - and he kept that promise. The entire restaurant staff were super warm, kind, and understanding.Later on, I asked our waiter to recommended a sauce, and he insisted I pair my steak with their complimentary sauce. I’m not entirely sure if he suggested this because they were close to closing, but I took it as “wow, they're not jumping at the opportunity to up-charge for some unnecessary sauce like many other steakhouses.” Needless to say, the sauce really was good and the Medium Rare Porterhouse for 4 was too good to put into words. Thanks for an amazing time! 10/10

This location of Bobby Van's is a favorite! Busy, fun feel with excellent food & service. One can go there with friends or business colleagues- you won't be let down. By far the BEST "Oscar style" filet in Manhattan!!

Solid food and service at this lively midtown steakhouse. Not the best steakhouse in Manhattan but the convenience factor a block from Grand Central Station certainly keeps 'em comng back for more. The steaks were of good quality and the portions were generous but I wouldn't rate it as highly as some of the other steakhouses but the prices sure were right up there. I actually prefer going here for lunch as the entree salads are exceptional.

Went for a business lunch. The food was spectacular and the servers were a riot (yet professional and friendly)! It was loud but still a great experience. Would recommend and will return!
