located in a medium sized food court in the 14th & Union square area I made a treacherous journey from 34th & Herald for the Bob White Counter Chicken Caesar wrap. I was not given the warning but did hear other customers get told wraps take the longest so expect to wait at least 15 minutes around lunch time if you order any wrap. Was pretty disappointed in the chicken ceaser wrap because it completely lacked ceaser dressing…. Kind of defeated the entire purpose.

Ok I didn't want to do this but I tried to call several times and I dont think the phone works. You guys have scammed me for the last time. The combo comes with 2 sauces yet I repeatedly only get 1 in the bag. When I ask to pay for extra this time you only gave me 1 and I had 1 sauce for all this chicken. Lets not get started on these cold fries...you guys used to be amazing but im afraid the franchise is ruining quality. Sorry but there are plenty of chicken options in this city. Goodbye forever
