It’s a food court so lower your expectations. I wasn’t too pleased with their bone in fried chicken at their East Village location so naturally, I tried their sandwich here lol and while it wasn’t terribly bad, there was way too much butter which I hate so I cannot taste any chicken with each bite of sandwich, only butter. I like Popeyes chicken and sandwich better.

I usually love Bob White but I ordered for dinner tonight and the whole experience was truly awful. I placed my order for pick up through Uber eats. When I brought it home , the chicken Caesar wrap was filled with spoiled brown romaine lettuce and super dry. I received a chicken Caesar wrap with barely any dressing. I could tell it wasn’t fresh! Such a shame as I usually really love my meals from here! I won’t be back again :(

I came here last year and while the chicken sandwich was a bit pricier, the chicken was so juicy , hot and fresh that I forgot about the price and wanted a 2nd one.Unfortunately my 2nd visit recently didn't live up to the same. The filet seemed smaller. Even if that's not the case, it was definitely drier and less flavorful. When one sandwich is almost 10 dollars, this is an issue. I'd rather get the consistent and cheaper Popeyes chicken sandwich .

Terrible. Smallest portion. Bland, dry, no seasoning. coleslaw cannot be put on any other sandwich other then the buffalo chicken sandwich (which is trash). Best if you go ANYWHERE else. Oh and the bland sauceless sandwich would require you to purchase the small container of sauce on the side. Absolutely terrible.

We had the chicken strips, they were ok - nothing you can’t get at chick fil a or McDonald’s.
Crispy, juicy, well seasoned fried chicken. Can't go wrong. Anyone who appreciates fried bone in chicken will enjoy this. Very impressed.

I tried the wrap from here once and it was great so of course I bring a guest from out of town and half of my wrap has less than one piece of chicken and almost no Cesar dressing in the other half, I had to keep apologizing to my guest this is so rough this wrap is so unacceptable

wow, disappointing. sat 4pm. better off getting a fried chicken sandwich from mcdonald’s. fries were cold. wrap was okay but the chicken was dry and wrap was drenched in way too much sauce, could hardly taste the chicken.
