Came here for Mother's Day for brunch but all they served was lunch and no brunch menu. A little disappointing. Took forever to get someone to take our desserts order. Service was slow and they didn't serve everyone on our table at the same time. The waiter seemed to be giving us an attitude...

Food was pretty good and reasonably priced (for Time Square anyways). But they sat us late even though we had a reservation and were on time. We watched walk-ins with the same number of people as us who arrived after us get seated before we did. It seemed like the person taking people to the tables was having trouble keeping track of who was first after the hostess told her the order. The food also took a long time to arrive and it took like 10 min and flagging down two separate people who were not our waiter to get the check. But overall the food was pretty decent and the space is really large for that area. I would go back but if you have a time crunch for a show I wouldn't recommend it.

Simon and the team was wonderful. He made great suggestions. Salmon riganatti, chilean sea bass, eggplant parm, & rigatoni wth eggplant and res sauce for entrees...zucchini frittes & grilled octopus...all so flavorful and perfect after a night at Carnegie Hall! Topped off with panacotta and tableside-assembled tiramisu...delizioso!!!

The food is amazing and I have been to NYC twice in the past month and made sure I came back. Staff is very nice. Our server must have been new. We needed to make a show for 8 pm. Sat a little before 6 and just made it. The one thing to note for Management is both times I was there it was very warm in the restaurant. I noticed they opened doors. Someone must have said something.

Tuesday night dinner at Bocca di Bacco & it was just alright... I love the dim vibe the spot has, but man was it hard to read the menus without having to turn on your phone's flashlight. Ordered the calamari for the table, lacked a lot of seasoning; super bland. The rest of the table enjoyed their entrees, but I thought my gnocchi was way to soft. Was sticking to the back of my mouth and felt like a mochi. Service was just alright. They did bring out some free dessert for us, which was veey sweet (+1) !!! Cool vibe, but will not be coming back. Thanks for having us!

I came here for a late dinner alongside some friends. I usually don't get Italian food, so I was pretty excited to try more if it especially considering how amazing a lot of the Italian food I have tried before was. The restaurant was kind of dark, with candles providing a small amount of light alongside music that made it difficult to hold dinner conversations with. A lot of the items on the menu looked very tempting, though ultimately I got the gnocchi sorrentina. I've never tired gnocchi before so I thought this would be fun to try, and Bocca Di Bacco did not disappoint. My wait time was fairly long compared to the people around me, who got their food much sooner than me, but the blend of the potatoes and cheese was heavenly. It was also incredibly filling, and I had to get some of it to-go to eat later. Had it not been for the somewhat overstimulating environment in the form of the loud music and limited lights, I would have given this place five stars. I enjoyed my dinner and I would not mine coming back on my own or with a friend if I had the money for it.

The atmosphere in here is very modern, chic Italian. Tables are a bit close together but it’s still an intimate dining experience. The food was very good, everything from the calamari to the homemade pasta to the delicious deserts. The service wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t great for the price point. Our waiter was a bit rude, but other wait staff who filled our drinks were attentive and friendly so not sure if our waiter was just having a bad day or what. Overall great experience!

The space was beautiful, and the service was amazing! The pesto pasta was delicious, and we also loved the mushroom crostini, and Arancini. They had a good selection of wine and cocktails too!

Atmosphere was pleasant, but the food was mediocre and the service was non-existent. Waiter had to continually be flagged down or yelled for. Considering that the waiter was from Milan, we can only assume that he didn't go through the traditional European apprenticeship.
