I'd like to say first that the service was great and my waiter was super nice and helpful. However, and I know it's New York, the food still feels a bit overpriced. Chicken was tasty enough (boneless wings, 20 USD for 12 with a little coleslaw side), seasoned fries were ok but because the not-so-crazy seasoning don't stick to the fries and end up at the bottom of the cup, you don't really taste or enjoy it - and for 9 USD a portion, that's way disappointing and clearly overpriced.

unfortunately this is a miss across the board. for food, the soda tasted like soap, I wasn't offered a refund. for service, the waiter charged me $8 too much on my card, which might've been an attempt to get a tip out of me even though I had a bad experience. they said they refunded me and it should be on my card in 30 minutes. 6h later I have not gotten the refund yet. last but not least, atmosphere: I had to be reseated because there was a cockroach on the wall next to my table which the waiter tried to kill but was unable to

I hate this place. Terrible customer service, they have a ridiculous rule that I cannot order to go and then eat inside, even if I want to pay extra. I can't simply have my food to go and then take a few bites. No I have to be served on a plate and then ask for a togo platter afterwards. Senselessly enforcing this! I hope you run out of business soon so a good place can replace you

Korean Fried chicken... One word: Amazing I had the soy garlic and Korean BBQ chicken with seasoned fries. All the food was really good. It's a whole other week and I'm still thinking about that chicken 🍗. I got my friend hooked lol. Must go back. SPICY is really spicy, so beware 😂 (It's still good though)

What a terrible experience. Dropped chicken on floor didn't want to tell me. I counted wings and we were shorted. I told the waitress and she didn't do jack. Terrible service. I will never ever be back. The manager Jose was terrible

This was our first time ordering from Bonchon. We were not disappointed. We ordered online and the food was ready on time, packaged nicely. Large portions in nice containers, enough for all of us to share what we ordered with each other and have left overs. The food was hot and delicious. We will definitely order again.
Well, I’d say this place can be a hit or miss at this location. My personal favorite is the Soy garlic but the spicy legs are a miss. Very disappointing

It was so soggy and underwhelming...it felt like the chicken was fried earlier in the day. Tasted like low grade teriyaki chicken from a fast food restaurant. Never again.
