To go packaging is top tier level.
Fish is well done for this level of sushi. $$$, but worth it when the boss is paying for it. Build your own because you control your own destiny. The blue crab is the move.

I had the pleasure of visiting Bondi for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. I was fortunate to arrive just in time for their lunch special, which was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced.
What stood out to me was the intimate atmosphere. Watching the chef prepare our meals right in front of us added a personal touch that made the dining experience feel special. The attention to detail in both the food and the setting made it memorable....

I came here because KazuNori across the street was packed. They charge 6-hand rolls for $35, no tip. Yes, Bondi has more than hand rolls, which is probably why they charge more. But if I do feel like KazuNori is a better deal.
Bondi is great if you have the $$$ to splurge!
