Great omakase, could have ended with a bang but last two pieces of the 12 course were slightly disappointing. The pacing of the omakase was off, either too fast or too slow, not a consistent pattern piece to piece. Must be said their Sake selection is great!
I think the kitchen staff changed since fall last year? Too much rice and the rolls have spaces between fish and rice sometimes.. not filled..

I was surprised to find a live mosquito stuck in the rice of one of my sushi pieces in my recent order. I’ve ordered from the Nolita location restaurant before, and the food has been good, but this was disappointing.

First time here and everything we ordered hit the spot. Miso soup was perfect amount of salt, yellow tail scallion nigiri literally melts in your mouth. However, the service was the best part. Stephon was our server and exceptional is an understatement. He tended to us, was very prompt and simply just a pleasure. Stephon made the place that much better. I will be back!

The sushi here is phenomenal, the fish is so fresh and the chefs prepare it so well. The Sunday deal is one of the best in the city.
