Dining at Borgo was extraordinary—like being at your best friend’s house if they were a chef with a brick oven and a flair for perfection. Every dish was so insanely good we couldn’t stop ourselves from ordering doubles of everything (no regrets). The décor? Every inch was so perfectly crafted it felt like stepping into a magazine spread. They made my husband’s birthday unforgettable, hosting our large group like pros. Honestly, nothing in New York even comes close!
A phenomenal experience
The turnips and radishes were extraordinary, the octopus particularly for someone who doesn’t love octopus was phenomenal. Have the favs beam purée. Linguine with red shrimp outstanding and the Branzino equally so. Leigh(sp??) the sommelier was brilliant with her wine selection - vine dolci 2016. I had the most amazing meal in a long time! The service and food were absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and inviting.The only problem was sound insulation. It was very noisy. Highly recommended!
