My bakers dozen order was in correct and that’s why I’m giving 3 stars for food. I ordered online through Sauce and the receipt was clear. It was crowded late morning, didn’t eat-in so can’t fully review the atmosphere

Was very busy and I originally got an egg bagel which was incredibly dry. They made me a new sandwich and were very nice.

I made a point to stop here after seeing it recommended by the Simon and Schuster tik tok account that was promoting the King Arthur bread book. Glad I did. The bagels are well made, tasty, nice crust. Way better than even the local bagel place I frequent. Bit heavy on the cream cheese, but better than light I guess!

I had one of the worst bagel experiences of my life here. I came in specifically because I read that they offer gluten-free bagels. When I asked about it, the staff told me they had “gluten-free biscuits,” which they claimed were basically the same thing as bagels – just without the hole. Totally makes sense, right?
Anyway, I tried to give it a chance and ordered one with cream cheese and smoked salmon. It wasn’t warm, the texture was awful – so dense and crumbly that it fell apart immediately – and it tasted nothing like a bagel. It was honestly inedible. On top of that, the place didn’t smell fresh at all. Overall, a really unpleasant experience. Won’t ever be coming back.

Always delicious. Bo’s Bagels have great flavor and have become the standard against which I measure all other bagels; their bagels are crispy on the outside and softer on the inside. Their sesame bagels are not just sprinkled with seeds—they are smothered with black and white seeds; giving them a unique taste. I like the salty lox, scallion cream cheese & tomato - absolute perfection!

Gizel was amazing, my order was messed up as I ordered lox and got smoked salmon. She went above and beyond to make you this out of state tourist was satisfied. The owner of this place : please take care of her and give her a raise so I see her when I visit again in the near future.

Overall I think the bagels were just not as good despite being made fresh, most other bagel shops have better, bigger, and chewier bagels. This one is much smaller and bready, and personally (I tried the cinnamon raisin which is my go to) I think the bagel had an odd salty aftertaste I didnt like. They weren't bad! but the just didn't feel very nyc which is my preference.

Bagel does not taste good. Waited so long from the bagel coming out of the toaster that by the time I got it, it was cold. Two bagels for 10 dollars and it was not worth it
