Got the “Black Russian”, a pumpernickel with sesame seeds, with the Stockeld scallion cream cheese. This had all the elements of my dream bagel, since I love pumpernickel, sesame, and stockeld cc. The bagel itself had a crisp exterior and the right amount of chew. My only gripe was they weren’t very generous with the cream cheese. Otherwise, loved it. The coffee was good too. Can’t wait to come back.
4 vegan tofu cream cheese options. I'd rate 3.5 if possible, the bagel was doughier than I typically like.
Pro tip: if you're in a rush order ahead of time for pick up and skip the line.

Bo’s is well worth a trek to experience. The bagels have a crisp shell and pillowy interior. Service is also fast and polite. It does get busy on weekends so I recommend ordering ahead!
