Drinks were ok albeit sour. When we tried to close out the tab the bartender ignored us for over 20 minutes and when I finally addressed him he claimed there was a line. However everyone originally at the bar had been served and left and everyone there had come after us. He proceeded to make us wait over 30 minutes

BUT! I do not- so I will let you all in on this gem. -$3 Narragansett Beers + others at happy hour -great service -awesome ambiance -not too loud -(actually relatively quiet…soooo nice if you just wanna chill or need some time away from the noise of the city)

Botanica Bar is a cool, moody dive in Soho we stumbled into. $12 cocktails, beers around $7, and plenty of seating inside and out. Decor and lighting are awesome. Indie Americana on the speakers and great happy hour specials gave it an easy, laid-back vibe.

Tried to use my debit card!! I forgot my card here when I was visiting from abroad. Didn’t know where I had left it so I froze it - until a week after I was there I get a notification from foot locker for nearly $500.. then Zara.. then a sandwich shop. Very rude guy on the door (not the security guy but the one who checks IDs). It’s okay to not allow to go inside without a scannable ID but it’s not okay to be rude and even mean treating people like dogs.
