50 minutes late seating us. Forgotten appetizers. Lack of menu knowledge. Empty water glasses constantly. Good martini, good fried artichoke , above average pasta dishes. 4/10 would reccomend

5 stars all around! We had my husband's birthday dinner here with friends (13 of us) and everything was great! Anthony was very responsive to messages ahead of time and welcomed us in like we were family. Our servers were so efficient and friendly. The food was fantastic and we all had a great time! Thanks Bottino for making us feel at home!

Everything was great but service was a bit lax. We waited quite a while for our main courses and once they arrived, it took a long time for our 4th person to be served. Also, huge pet peeve, but why can't a restaurant like this train its servers to know who ordered what?

Everything from start to finish was FANTASTIC! Anthony took extremely good care of us, made us feel like we were the only guests dining that night. Meanwhile, the restaurant was packed! Everything we had was delicious, but the fried artichokes, brussel sprouts and burrata were STAND OUTS! Apps are always my fave part, those three will bring me back! Highly recommend Bottino! The food, ambience, and above all the service were EXCELLENT!

We were greeted and seated promptly, and graciously as one in our party was unable to join us. Alison was personable and delightful, and knowledgable about the menu when we asked for recommendations. Anthony, also a delight - we had fun conversation. AND they left us alone to have our own special night. The new Sangiovese is delicious!!! Thank you to the entire team. You host and take care of guests with ease and attention to detail. Looking forward to the next meal with the family at Bottino.

I've eaten at Bottino many times over the last ten years, because the food and service is consistently excellent, and this most recent visit was no different. If you're looking for a great restaurant in Chelsea, I highly recommend Bottino.

Wonderful dining experience. Food was great — wild boar was as good as any osso buco we've ever had and the tagliatelle Bolognese was excellent. Anthony provided incredibly personal services including persistence satisfying our wine requests. All round great experience.

A truly memorable Italian dining experience. The menu is inventive and modern while still honoring classic Italian flavors. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Service was top-tier, and the ambiance felt sophisticated but relaxed. A gem in the Chelsea Piers area. The owner came over personally two times to chat offer wine and inquire about the dinner. I would give this restaurant a 4.5/5 if it was a choice. Food was crafted with excellent technique, crispy skinned perfectly cooked fish. Needed a touch more seasoning. No bread with with the meal, which when spending 40 Dollars an entree, I feel that should be a given. Atmosphere was cute and warm. Not very busy for a Saturday night at 6pm for us. (It's winter) outdoor area looked super cute if it was warm enough. Also felt the appetizer selection was small and over priced. Overall a cute place that just needs a few adjustments to be perfect.

We were warmly welcomed by the host and seated at a prime table. Service was very attentive and professional. They have outdoor seating that's covered in cooler weather. The menu was full of interesting appetizers that were all delicious. Main courses had beef,chicken,pasta and fish. The four of us were all happy with our choices. The host chose a wine he thought we would like and he was spot on! I would definitely go back!

I had a pre-fixe dinner alone at Bottino for Thanksgiving. The staff was so sweet! They gave me a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and a little extra dessert because I couldn't decide. It was a great meal and wonderful ambiance near the back garden where I was sitting.
