Good place to grab a coffee and a pastry when it’s freezing outside and you need to warm up.

During my two-week trip to NYC, I had my favorite almond croissant, one at a time every single day, at several bakeries. In my personal opinion, the flaky and buttery almond croissant I had at Buchon, was the best. And the sweet scent of generous almond marzipan paste like was the most delicious, not crazy sweet either. It really make me feeling as my best fantasy memory of wanting to go to NYC again after Covid thing ends.

My first amazing croissant in N.Y. Been coming here for about 10 years, every year, take one and continue. Always great quality, can get very crowded.

A great place for coffee in New York! It's packed with people studying during the day, but you can usually find a seat for yourself. (However, because of the crowd it can get loud so bring earphones if you're planning to study.) The cafe is nice

OUTSTANDING service by the crew here. Everyone was super friendly and managed to get a long line moving quickly. Bakery items are fresh and delicious, and the drinks are refreshing. It’s a shame that the seating isn’t a bit more structured, it’s hard to determine how to grab a full service seat vs a casual dining table. Regardless, great place overall.

Bouchon Bakery in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle is a true secret to every New Yorker and in-the-know visitor. With a generous floor area on the third floor of the building, the café-bistro is easily accessible by the building escalators and elevators. The coffee, tea and chocolate drinks are of the best quality. The pastries and sandwiches are French-inspired, with a twist of urban New York flair, delightfully baked, always super fresh, and beautifully presented. The cream puff is one of my favorites. There is lovely seating overlooking the spacious building atrium, and there is a table service section where lunch and dinner is served. Do visit when you are in the Time Warner Center Building, or nearby.

Grabbed coffee and small bites from Bouchon when visited Columbus circle. They have a seated restaurant open area too which closes early however the bakery/coffee counter is open. Good location for some good coffee or tea.

My food was over priced, cold, and just gross. I ordered the steak and it was cold and tasteless! The wait time was very slow to get food or drinks. The only reason for 3 stars and not a 1 star is because the place was clean, staff was semi friendly and my boyfriend said his ham sandwich was "pretty good".

Great place! Chloe is the best and always brightens my day. Give her a raise.

Excellent service great sandwiches. Evidently celebs like it as well. Saw a Hollywood A-lister picking up takeout.

Horrible. My husband and I came here for breakfast during our one week stay in manhattan, and it was horrid. First, none of the employees seemed like they wanted to be there. Second, it took forever for the waiter to take our order. Third, it took 40+ minutes for our food to arrive, and they were burnt & stale. My bread was stale for sure, and my husband's plate was completely burnt. Yet, they had the audacity to serve it. It was horrendous. Btw, we saw all the other tables get their food quicker, and their food looked decent.
