They were able to make us 90 or so loves of sourdough bread as a wedding favor!!! They came out adorable and delivered them packaged and fresh like this the morning of!! They even found tag ideas I ended up using!! Im a customer for life, thank you!!!

Good pastries. Some are very good. Some aspirational croissants look like badly assembled roadkill (same thing at nearby Hokkaido cakes, weird) but still taste real good.

Great breads n pastry here, but they stopped making their great quiche due to the egg crisis. I mainly come here for that so Im sad that its gone. My latte however was a bit lackluster. The flavor was fine but the texture of the foam was non-existent, if as though stirred it manually? The ambiance could use an update and the noise from the coolers echoes a lot w the high ceiling. It is also cool n drafty so my latte got cold fast. Other than that I like what they do.

Shame to write this review but after today's experience I felt inclined. From walking in today the two people behind the till had zero interest in serving. I was the only one at the till and the girl behind the till at 11 o'clock today barely said hi. I asked a few questions about one of the products and how popular it was, and barely got anything back, flat conversation and just didn't seem interested in conversation at all. As someone in the industry my whole life, if you don't want to talk, maybe this ain't a role for you.
Regards to the product, yes it's very good, slightly different each time I've got it, but overall very good.
I probably won't be back if I'm honest, the foods great, but service is what brings me back to a place, and I've seen better attitudes in a morgue

I’ve been coming here for several years now, as I favored the food and atmosphere over the other neighborhood spots. In the last 4-6 months the quality has significantly declined. Continuous staff turnover, new staff consistently mess up simple orders, tables are always dirty, slow and forget you even ordered something, meanwhile your pastry is sitting in the toasting oven burning to a crisp. A lot of attitude from the staff. I’ve ordered a cortado from the same barista numerous times and he has made it as a macchiato, cortado, and latte….
