The actual restaurant is beautiful. We had a private event 1 floor below the main restaurant. Our experience was a disappointment for several reasons.1. We were right next to the kitchen, which cheapens our venue because they attempted to hide the kitchen with a cheap screen2. The lightning of the venue was dark... due to the placement of lights. And they have zero idea of how to place our food along the table. I had to place them myself so that the food platter is spaced out for easy access and make the whole placement more pleasant and appealing.3. I can go on. But instead, I will now focus on the friendly and excellent services 9f the bar tender and the wait staff who brought the hor d'ouvres to us. They were very good and improved our experience tremendously.

I love going to Bowery Road because because it is for me so very convenient...a short walk. I also do not like noisy, crowded hot spots...so if you want to be able to have a conversation, you do not have to shout, deal with loud, thumping music, wait on line for a table. It is a relatively small venue...with some sidewalk tables when the weather is warm. There are a few appealing plant-friendly menu options, which I personally appreciate, and they are very accommodating...with good, friendly service. It works for me and my companions who are on the same page!!!! Prices are not outrageous, but it's not cheap either. So if all these things matter to you, I think you will enjoy Bowery Road.

Decent place for quiet late breakfast. Parking is an issue, if you have a car.

My party of 4 ate at Bowery Road last night. I had no idea it was a hotel restaurant. Typically these types of restaurants are not up to the same level as their non-hotel counterparts. That said, the place was virtually empty, and the service at the bar was attentive. Dinner service: The bartenders were the wait staff, and while that sounds acceptable, there were some missings. Example - We ordered 2 appetizers for 4 diners, which were servied without plates for each patron. Drinks: My martini was perfect, though the glass was not a martini glass. It was a champagne toasting glass, which is barely acceptable. My daughter's cocktail was not to her liking, as she found the taste of celery overpowering. They have a very impressive tequila menu! Food: Our overall opinion was: Meh. Salad with chicken was unexciting, as was the burger and crispy chicken sandwich. My chicken paulliard was also unremarkable.

Typical hotel restaurant. Appetizers were the best part of the meal. Chicken sandwich turned out to be an over cooked cutlet on a hamburger bun. Fries tasted frozen and over cooked. Overhead lights killed all ambiance in the restaurant. Avoid the restaurant and stick to the bar if interested in a visit.

Lovely space. Empty at 5pm on a Friday. It's attached to a hotel - for whatever that's worth... I guess usually restaurants attached to a hotel are bad - this was good. Cool bar that might be fun to hang out at.

Had brunch here with a new friend. Place is very nice and spacious and was not crowded and easy to have a great conversation. The servers were very nice but could be trained better my management on the menu. Besides that it was very good...the American Breakfast said the OJ that came with it was fresh but not sure about that, LOL...the breakfast was good though.

Was there for a business lunch with 3 of us in total. It wasn't busy but the place is clean, modern and very open. Service was not that good- very slow. We ordered a couple of appetizers for the table to share. The Soy-Ginger Fried Chicken and the hummus with pita bread. Both were ok but nothing special. 15 minutes later, I had to call over the waitress so we could order or meals. I got the Bowery Burger - medium, one guest got the burger medium well and the 3rd got the Rigatoni. I thought my fries were pretty good but again- nothing special. But, I was disappointed in the burger. While it was cooked as I asked, medium- it was super salty and though a perfect cook- it seemed so dry. It came with just cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. I think they say "special sauce" but mine had nothing. It was also small compared to the roll. I would say there was a good 1/4 inch of roll all the way around it. I eventually just took the roll and ate the burger/cheese naked. With so many choices in the area- I am not seeing a reason to go back

Waitress was rude. Never checked on us when our meals arrived. Never asked if we wanted another drink with our meals. Dropped the check without offering dessert or coffee. Will not return due to the service we were given. Horrible. I've gotten better service at Applebees.

Bowery Road was a really lovely lunch experience! The atmosphere is airy and volume level is lower/calm. The food was super tasty — recommend the hummus, butternut squash soup, Bianco pizza and shrimp tacos. The service was a little slow for getting refills of water / coffee and the check but overall very wonderful experience!

I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant during Thanksgiving dinner. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait despite several empty tables. The table we were eventually given was unstable, and to add to the frustration, the servers disappeared for 20 minutes without offering even a glass of water. What was more disheartening was that two other customers, who were served promptly, were seated after us. It took one of us approaching the counter to inquire about our order before we received any attention, and even then, the servers barely interacted with us.

When I reserved, I didn't realize this place was connected to the Hyatt next door or I would have planned my lunch meeting for elsewhere. It was typical of a hotel lobby restaurant: a tad expensive for the basic quality. My personal favorite: they were out of black tea! My beet salad was really small - plenty of beets but skimpy on the goat cheese and you had to really look for the arugula. They were also undestaffed - one waiter for the entire restaurant at lunchtime. I would not return.
