It was a pleasure to celebrate our anniversary here. Service is top notch, ambience is elegant, food is excellent.
Jonathan, the head somm, is very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations.

I've dined here several times with my husband, and the food is truly delicious, with a variety of dishes we've enjoyed. As someone with a sweet tooth, I can’t recommend their profiteroles enough—they're absolutely divine!
The festive atmosphere adds to the charm, making each visit feel special. I absolutely love the decor—rich velvet, vibrant colors, and elegant chandeliers create the perfect French chic ambiance.
I truly appreciate French cuisine, and this restaurant delivers an exceptional dining experience. The service was impeccable, further enhancing our visits. Highly recommend!

I’m sorry but I ordered a burger here and a tonic water here 2 weeks ago and with tip it was nearly $70. While I have no problem paying for ambiance and a high end experience- the burger was actually not cooked and gross. Geez if you’re going to charge that much, at least cook the burger properly! Your place and service was gorgeous but that burger was terrible - even if was $20 priced

Fabulous -- literally right in our Tribeca neighborhood but worth a journey from anywhere in the City. Not only is the hotel spectacular and elegant but the Brasserie (and the speakeasy next door) are sublime -- great dishes well done and not fussed over, terrific bar, fantastic service and an environment that can be as private or "woo hoo" out loud as you want. We are here a lot (ha). and if you visit you'll understand why. You also never know who you might run into here (I"m looking at you, Tom Brady).

Fouquets has become my absolute favorite spot for weekend brunch. The ambiance is so pleasant and comfortable and the menu is beyond insatiable. What truly makes Fouquets stand out, though, is the exceptional hospitality provided by Fernando, the manager, and Stephen, one of the waiters. Their outstanding service and warm demeanor have made my boyfriend and I regular visitors. Highly recommend for a brunch that delights and hosts that charm!

Brasserie Fouqet's is quite simply amazing! My girlfriend and I frequent Fouquet's for both weekend brunch and dinner. The food is delicious and incredibly high quality! The service is impeccable and while all of the staff are amazing the manager Fernando is truly one of a kind. His attention to detail and gracious hospitality are reflected in the way all of the wait staff attend to the restaurant guests. He gladly accommodates special requests and succeeds in making a very fine dining establishment feel exceptionally warm and welcoming. The restaurant is a must go to!

Very nice place, the food was delicious and the drinks are great. The service was a bit disappointing since the restaurant is not cheap. Overall a good experience.

One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. All their cocktails are incredible and the onion soup and burger are worth ordering. Love their cafe instead too.

We went for brunch and were really disappointed with the quality of the food. The egg whites are the most special thing in the menu, according to the server, but the dish was beyond bland. You pay for ambience..they should invest more in their food.

Rude and obnoxious service. In particular the bartenders Connor (has high fade with a giant cross tattooed on the back of his skull) and Francisco (short guy who speaks very bad English). Seating is timed ant the bar and they ask you to leave the bar mid-drink. Happily left a zero tip for these two sad excuses for bartenders. The hotel, which is otherwise beautiful and flawless, should get rid of these two guys.
