Food is good delicious however service is not I wanted to use the bathroom went all the way to sitting area in the end of the store looking at the receipt there wasn’t the code for bathroom so I asked someone what’s the code he’s like don’t ask me ask the cashier then he told me the code was like 5256 for women bathroom And for men’s bathroom 2789 And why it doesn’t say it on the receipt ?? I would expect better customer service next time but salad is good and soup was good
Another issue I had is - couldn’t charge my phone because their outlets all over the store don’t work

Somewhere to visit for a quick bite if you have an early tour of the Empire State Building. We had the pancakes and bacon 🤤 portion sizes were huge and reasonably priced. A small seating area at the back of the store to use if you don’t fancy eating in the go.

The concept seduced us with its buffet proposal and the possibility for everyone to choose what they want by paying by weight. The choice is great. But the taste is hard to make worse. Questionable smells, burnt vegetables, dried out shrimp. The next day some of us were covered. We relied on the note. Obviously we don't have the same references in Europe.

Can’t speak of the food because I didn’t even get a chance to try it or purchase anything at all. Found this place on Apple Maps so I came in hoping to grab a quick meal after work, when all of a sudden I was sent a flurry of urgent emails. So, I sat down at one of the tables to check those emails and respond promptly.
Not even 5 minutes in, an Asian man (who I assume is the manager? Regardless, he clearly works there) comes over to me and asks, “Are you buying anything?”. Before I could even answer, the man screamed “If you not buy anything get out, GO!” in a booming voice that echoed the first floor.
Excuse me? Is this how you deal with potential customers? Maybe I’ll give him the benefit of doubt and assume he’s going through some things at home, but otherwise, I will NOT be stopping by here anytime soon. That kind of crash out was completely uncalled for, rude, and unprofessional.

Three ample-sized pizza slices from one counter, a pint of split pea soup from another counter.
Sat in the back (lower level was closed at 10am); not crowded.

My friends and I went to this location to find the Bread + Butter pickles. It was also very cold so we just wanted to roam around the store to see if there was anything we wanted or needed.
We couldn’t decide what to get so we were looking up some items as one of my five friends was waiting for her Uber- we just came back from her birthday dinner too.
The bald man at the cash register yelled at us and asked “why are you in here?! Are you gonna buy something??! If not get out”. Terrible attitude.

We were there in the evening, 2 hours before closing, but there was almost nothing left. It was significantly different 2 years ago and before that. But basically you get everything and that's great
