DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Placed a phone order for delivery with a newly activated debit card. I activated the card seconds before placing order. 5 hours later at 1:30a, someone attempted to purchase a $250 AirBnB gift card with my new card number. Bank declined, flagged as fraudulent activity. Undoubtedly, the charge was made by their staff as they are the only ones with my new cc #.

Large selection of breakfast/lunch menus. This used to be my go-to place for quick breakfast takeout in the Kips Bay Area. My favorite was their dumpling soup which comes out in a huge bowl with a side of rice. Dumplings were okay but I liked how they put a good amount of veggies in the soup (carrots and zucchinis) along with some beef.

The meat was sour (meaning it was bad) and my boyfriend got the most incorrect order. He got a roast beef when he ordered regular turkey. Never order from this place, they do not care.

Second time ordering breakfast from here and it's once again a major letdown. I tend to be one who goes to small businesses over their rivals, but B&B makes this hard to do. Cooks/staff, please take notice here. I truly want this restaurant to succeed because it is one of few Brunch places around, but there are some real issues here. I ordered the Belgian waffle meal with 2 eggs and sausage, and each time the waffles are rubbery and not in the last bit crunchy (like I had asked). If I were a major cynic, I'd assume these were being microwaved, even the texture from one to the next had me believe that these are store-bought. The problems don't end here, the eggs were tasteless and dry, and the sausage is by far the worst I've ever had. Equally as dry to the waffle and eggs if not more so, with a rough skin around the outside giving thought that this entire ensemble was microwaved simultaneously. The kids meal was equally as dry and unappetizing, my son continued to ask if he can "save it for later" (we all know what that means), with rubber quarter-sized pancakes, dry eggs and 1 slice of "premium" beef bacon, which is most likely Bar-S or great value brand. The good was, this came out exceptionally fast, almost as fast as it would have taken me to fire up the microwave, but unfortunately the price does not compare to what I would have spent on microwave breakfast "dinners". Nearly 30$ for this .. granted I got this for my gfs birthday when I was in a pinch for time, and for 30$ I could have taken her to "Our Place" or any other major chain/franchise, but chose to stick to B&B hoping for better this time around. We did not get silverware, and no one finished their food.. it was a major bummer because breakfast is one of the easier things to make, so you already succeed or you don't, and this was about 10-15$ more than it was worth in all honesty. Message for the cook(s), seriously, ditch the microwave. And I'm not at all saying that to be mean. My food taking 8 minutes to make, and to be this congealed in the center and dry all around, sacrifice more time for better quality. I want you to succeed, but you need to invest in proper tools and processes. You seem to have the leaky AC vents fixed, but focus on your food before you drive this brand further.

Got a great stir fry meal here. There was a decent amount to choose from despite it being such a late hour and things closed due to covid. The place is mainly Korean stuff and it is amazing. It is a tad on the pricy side for what you get and the portion but the food was tasty and fresh. I recommend here as an alternative to the norm or when looking for some outright good food. Staff were friendly. No sushi when I was there so I was disappointed slightly there.

Bread and butter is a Korean chain deli in Manhattan. I go there a lot because it's close to my office in Murray Hill in Manhattan. The main reason why I love going there is because of the half price deli ($4.99/lb) starting at 3pm. Although the variety is not as good as lunch time, you still get a decent amount of food and variety for way less than $10. My favorite meat at Bread and Butter is Bossam, which is Korean slow cooked pork belly. It's seasoned very well with just the right amount of fat that makes it very tender juicy. In addition to the buffet bar, Bread and Butter also serves pastries and coffee, sandwiches, salads, soups and sushi. I also really recommend their soup bar, especially the seafood bisque, which has many kinds of seafood in it. Overall, if you are around Korea town or Murray Hill and would like a quick meal, Bread and Butter if definitely one of the best options. I highly recommend it!!
