The food was good, but I was overcharged due to a mistake. A burger costs $11, and a burger with fries is $12. I ordered the burger with fries and asked to add melted cheese to the fries—I even said I was willing to pay for the cheese. Instead, I was charged for a burger with fries plus a separate side order of fries with extra cheese. Since the burger-with-fries already includes fries, I don’t understand why I was charged for an additional side of fries when all I requested was cheese on the fries that came with my meal.

It is incredible that this place is my favorite but a few months ago I stopped being one, you enter the deli and what I see are rats 🐀 walking and it is not only a time they are many times, I usually go at night with my friends and now I went on a Tuesday it is about 3 weeks after we ordered hot paninis and wraps and the whole order will honestly give zero stars to this place I will never return 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

If you’re open 24/7 and people come to get food after a night out it doesn’t mean your staff should sexually assault the women. They need to check who they’ve hired bc I can’t go there anymore because there are multiple occasions where the men making the sandwiches at night come around the counter and try to kiss you when giving you your sandwich. And I’m not joking this has happened multiple times.

We enjoyed every moment from start to finish. Their menu balances flavor with satisfying portions. Don't put off trying this place! The worker explained the menu then gave us room to decide. We plan to make this place part of our routine.

Oh MAN. I ordered grub hub from them on Wednesday 4/16 This order gave me Salmonellosis 100% I ate some onion rings and some fruit that was a little too funky tasting but I thought..it'll be alright. Then I had an egg sandwich. The next morning I for real got the shakes..a fever..aches and the magical runny D-word. I'm still messed up from them but then another person I live with ate a salad from them that I had put aside. Now he's messed up too. He's more pukey and I'm more the other end. Someone over there seriously dropped the ball big time. I'm am more than 100% sure it came from there. This had better go away soon or else they're gonna have some big issues.

I have been going to this location for 8 years now and I find that the service and manners just get worse and worse. I ordered a cheeseburger and curly fries and because my brother got his smoothie first, I told the lady at the register what we ordered and I paid. Then, upon waiting for my food, one of the guys at the sandwich station said “you paid for regular fries, curly fries are a dollar more” and I said “I’m sorry I’ll keep that in mind next time.” Then, the cashier tried to get my attention and made me pay the extra dollar. I understand adhering to price rules, but I genuinely forgot I had curly fries, and to wave me down as I’m leaving for a dollar is just bad etiquette and service altogether. As someone who spends so much money in this establishment, I expect to be treated with grace. This is unacceptable and I’m reconsidering going there again.
