Very rude customer service - ignored me for a few minutes (no one else was in line) then took my order and was very rude to answer my one question. The food was great but the person was not nice to me and her colleague was no better - it was Friday before 10am - replace them with nice kind people!

The chocolate babka was decadent and overly sweet. But overall, decent! Breads bakery's pastries were great like the cinnamon roll pin wheel, plain croissant and a chocolate croissant.

Prompt and courteous service. Conveniently located in a corner entrance. Coffee was hot and tasty just right for this winter weather. The chocolate rugelah soft, crispy and savory, can't just eat one, very addictive. So go ahead and order yourself a dozen.
I was the 4th guy on the line waiting to order and I couldn’t order, even after waiting 10 minutes.Those who work there are great but they are in the wrong place. Florida is the place they need to be.

This location overcharged me. I didn't realize it until I looked at the receipt they sent me via email the next day. So, I mentioned it to my friend who was a regular customer of Breads Bakery. She shopped at the Bryant Park location, too, a couple of weeks before me, but checked her paper receipt right then. She got overcharged also, and had to fight with them about it. It's just not worth going to a business that treats it's customers this way.

Ordered a mocha and a slice of babka. The employees there were chatting and ignoring people waiting. When my mocha was ready, it was spilled by one of the employees who then wiped off the counter then the top of the mocha cup before leaving the partially full cup for me. The babka was stale and what was left of the mocha tasted so bad I just threw it in the trash.
