I just ordered two juices and a small wheatgrass. I specifically said 2 large juices. The young lady made a mistake and gave me one large and a 16 ounce. When I told her I said she gave me the wrong size she insisted that I said a 16 ounce. I KNOW the words 16 ounce did not come out of my mouth. Then she says with an annoying chuckle that she repeated it back to me and that she always repeats orders back. First of all the attitude was very unprofessional and rude. secondly, the music was blasting so loud you could hear yourself think, so if she did repeat it back, I certainly could not hear it. Her attitude was obnoxious!!! I paid by card before I got the order so I gave a $3 tip. Please let me know how I can get my $3 back because she definitely did not deserve it!!!
I have visited this franchise many times before but this particular location is very incompetent and will make you the worst watered down tasteless smoothies ever. I would travel to another borough to get a smoothie before going here ever again. The smoothie bowls are equally terrible.
My go to for quality ginger shots and clean green juices. Always fresh and does the job.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but lately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. Just the other day, I ordered an Açaí bowl and was shocked when, as I started eating in the designated seating area, the employee announced he was stepping out for a break at 1 pm. While I understand the need for lunch breaks, is it too much to ask for just 10 uninterrupted minutes to enjoy my meal? However, today was the ultimate disappointment. I ordered another Açaí bowl, only to receive it three-quarters full. When I brought this up to the employee, he simply shrugged and said his boss told him they didn’t have to fill it. It’s incredibly disheartening to receive less food for the same price.I hate to speak negatively about a small business, especially one I’ve supported for years, but after spending thousands of dollars here and experiencing such mistreatment, I’ve reached my limit. After five years of loyal patronage, I won’t be returning.
good juices. prices are kinda crazy though. and yall should have some food options

They gave me a bad açaí bowl that’s had me feeling nauseous and light headed I would never come here
From 5 stars to 1 star. When I went to Break Juicery 3 years ago their fruit bowls were very delicious and worth the money. Not anymore. Haven't been here over a year going to 2 years because their fruit bowls was extremely disappointing. And the different employees attitude towards customers was lacking and non professional. There are other restaurants that make the best fruit bowls. I'm guessing the CEO doesn't care because it's all about business/money and not the quality of fruit bowls to keep customers coming back. I'm surprised they survived the pandemic.
The girl with red hair was really nice and made the experience a lot more enjoyable
I don't miss sending my husband back to this place. The owner and CEO Mr. Nicholas Chase is hiring untrained young rookies that don't know anything about preparing fruit bowls. And the employees attitude towards any customer I will continue to stay away from. And this place is not even wheelchair accessible. ?? If anybody wants to enjoy real delicious food and fruit bowls head on over to Pure Ktchn downtown. Don't visit Break Juice anymore because you will be disappointed and ignored. All of their fruits is not real fruit. It is a hybrid. Break Juice needs to shut down now.

Small business owned, super reliable place. I am a creature of habit and always get the same thing and the product is always consistent, the fruit is always just right! The staff takes good care of me too.
Training new staff needs to be longer than one day. Different staff ruins the juices & smoothies; losing customers as a result. Very pricey.
Great service they listen and are polite
manager Nicolas assisted with my issue with the cashier thanks again!
Cool spot for acai bowls or juice. Friendly staff!
