The best pancake in town. I really loved the Oatmeal Griddle Cakes with Banana Nuts. The combination of Oatmeal and Banana was so perfect, and the pancake wasn't too sweet. Yummy. I also tried the crispy chicken, it was so crunchy and savory. U needed to queue since many customers came to this resto, but the wait was worth it. The resto was clean, and there were restroom inside. The waiter and waitresses were kind, and they served u fast.

I came here on a Sunday morning as a solo customer and was able to quickly get a bar seat which I didn’t mind. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a Gilmore Girls warmth which I absolutely loved. Service is really friendly and homey. The OG pancakes are out of this world, seriously! The eggs lacked flavour and I had to adjust accordingly with salt & pepper but it wasn’t a big issue. The chicken sausage surprised me, because at first I thought I wouldn’t like them as they were served followed by an eggy smell (not from the neighboring eggs, you know the kind) but I think this has something to do with the dishwashing situation. It’s certainly not a reflection of the hygiene of the place which is up to par. Coffee options are limited here, I think only black coffee is served. I will definitely visit again and again!

Finally got to try their famous griddle cakes and golly they were good! They definitely have a unique texture, but the flavor is what I really enjoyed. Suggest you order an extra side of butter.

I waited for an hour in the sun for this highly anticipated and rated place. I would not tell the food was worth an hour wait. The pancakes appeared and tasted slightly burnt. I guess that’s how it is supposed to be as many reviews here show similar looking pancakes to be awesome. One could get similar or better food anywhere else as well. Overall, for me personally it’s overrated and underwhelming. Service was great tho and folks were friendly.

Best 'pancakes' I had in New York. I definitely recommend this place. Reasonable prices. Lovely atmosphere. My partner had the chicken sandwich, which she enjoyed, but is still envious of my pancakes to this day.
