It’s a small place but the flavors are huge! Sarah thank you so much for your great service and kindness. The wines you serves us were amazing. Can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing experience. Food was spot on and so fresh. Great atmosphere and really nice by the glass wine selection. I'll be back for sure.

The food was really good and they give you a heavy pour when you order wine, but the staff was pretty rude. We walked in on a Wednesday night and after an hour we were told to hurry up by the hostess because there were people waiting. A few minutes later, the waitress walked over and yelled at us “we told you an hour!” Not only was it extremely rude, but it also wasn’t true. We were not given a time limit when we walked in. It was only after we paid and were finishing our wine that we were rushed out. So unfortunately we will not be returning.

An absolute favorite. Small, comfortable Italian. We always sit at the bar but there's a large gathering table in the next room that fits many. Service impeccable. Food outstanding and fresh. Broccoli soup delicious. Tuna and avocado appetizer. Shrimp and pasta in butter and sage sauce. A happy birthday surprise and even the dog gets a bone. Lu and her staff are family. Lunch, theater, dinner. It's a go to in Hell's Kitchen.

Tiny wine bar. Seating at the bar and at a long thin communal table. We advised that we were pretty theater and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We had burrata and prosciutto to start. The tagliatelle and bolognase was very good. The staff was both efficient and friendly
Would go there again without a secondthought

My husband and I came here on a recommendation and we will be coming back. The attentiveness and friendliness was amazing. The food was amazing as well, we had a lot to eat but decided to have the risotto entree and finished it, it was delicious!

Perfect place for a meal solo, as a couple, or with a group. I’ve never had a bad meal or a bad drink here. The place is teeny tiny, with just a bar and one communal high top, so not the place if you’re shy or need personal space. (Although if the weather cooperates, there’s a bit of outdoor seating that’s more private.)

Service is great, and meal never feels rushed. It can get VERY busy, so make a reservation or go early.

We had a wonderful meal and two desserts (zucchini and pea soup, lobster ravioli, truffle gnocchi, molten chocolate cake and tiramisu). The service was great and it was a fun atmosphere. My only negative thing was sitting on stools. I would have liked a chair with a back on it. There isn't much space in the restaurant, so I understand why they use stools versus chairs. It was well worth it!

Had 5:00 reservations and they moved us to restaurant across the street which they said was a sister property. We ordered lasagna bolognese and linguini with clams. The linguini dish had 6 tiny clams and such a small amount of pasta. The lasagna tasted like it had way too much breadcrumbs or other filler. We had a bottle of sparkling water and 1 glass of wine for my husband. We were not served any bread. The meal was $76 before tip. Not great food and poor value even for Manhattan.
