The burger is crazy cheap enough you can just get two, and really great. Simple menu, don't overthink it.

I guess I should lead with the main part first—I can’t think of a better burger in NYC.
Basically, a perfect patty.
Old-school diner vibes but with some twists in the plot, like the fried shiitake mushrooms (yum!). Just wish I could order them as a substitute for the fries that come with the burger.
If we’re on the subject of fries: nothing wrong with them, but they don’t hold up to the same standard as the burger. So if you’re a starch-and-potatoes guy, consider this your fair warning.

I would recommend the brindle room to fans of the night, it is not for the faint of heart day lovers. From the moment you enter you feel the hot breath of excitement upon you. The decor alone is enough to tickle your fancy and unlock the inner child you thought you had forgotten long ago. I owe my life to brindle room, and soon you will too!

I had the pleasure of visiting The Brindle Room this past weekend after hearing nothing but good things about the world famous burger. While the food was amazing, the best part of my visit was the bartender / server working. Chloe provided exceptional service and incredible, delicious drinks. I ordered the espressos martini and the Twin Peaks cocktails. Both were phenomenal. I could not recommend this place more, especially if Chloe is working. 10/10 will be back again soon

Went there today, a Tuesday afternoon. Literally the only duo in the restaurant but that did not take away from the experience. Service was friendly without being intrusive. The menu is brief and to the point. The food came out exactly as ordered. And wow! What a burger! Fancy without being bougie, well put together without being sloppy, ingredients and preparation clearly show that whomever designed/made this knows what they're doing and as importantly cares about what they're doing. Fries are spot on. Crunchy without being dry and salted to perfection. Do yourself a favor and go here!
