I went here with my friends for brunch. We had bottomless mimosas incredible price like $22 for bottomless mimosas. It was amazing. Also, I got the French toast out of this world. How do you recommend didn’t have to wait long.

The Brindle Room has great food, drinks and service. We had the chopped salad, Brussel sprouts, cheeseburger and the steak, all were delicious. Their version of a hot Totti was actually too good 😆. We ate at bar and enjoyed Carsons company , it was pretty amazing how he handled bartending, waiter and candle maker. We would definitely return

In a city filled with unlimited choices for burgers and wings, The Brindle Room stands head & shoulders above most, if not all. But it's also about getting the little things right that helps it rise above. The attentiveness of the waitstaff and fantastic cocktails from the bar kickstart the evening. The wings are great Not your usual pub/restaurant fare but juicy plump wings worthy of being their own entree. But it's the burger that brings it all together. Classic cheeseburger with carmelized onions that is second to none. Enjoy a cold beverage, wings and a burger and all will seem ok in your world.

The best burger in the city! I was here YEARS ago and was curious if it would still be as good as I remember. Such good food! The wings are fire too.

Came here on a Saturday night. Food was mid-to-mediocre. Burgers were tasteless, textureless mush. Soggy, greasy lump of slop on a plate. Not sure where the “blue” in the blue cheese variation was. First impression of the plates when they were served was: underwhelming. These definitely don’t pass the eye test. Another member of our party had the French dip, which was better in terms of flavour. The meat however, was sloppily carved and the baguette was burned on the bottom/tip. The Cesar salad was ok. Drinks were equally mid - my “devil soul” was not nearly cold enough when it hit the table.

But for as poor as the food and drink was (and every kitchen has its off nights, so maybe that was the case) the service was ATROCIOUS. Our server came to the table exactly twice - once to take our order after a lengthy wait and once to bring us our bill. Didn’t once check on the drinks or food, or even come back to pick up the point-of-service machine after we paid.

We went around the corner for a slice of pizza (check out POP’s pizza, it’s fab), which helped salvage this trainwreck of a dinner out.

Can I give zero stars?
Underseasoned burger. The service was horrendous. The waitress didn't ask how the meal was - I think she knew the food was bad and didn't want confirmation.

Perfect burger-we all enjoyed our burgers simply prepared with American cheese and grilled onions on a soft burger roll. The french fries are hand cut and fried perfectly crispy. Each of us ordered our burgers at different temperatures and each came out perfectly cooked with charred edges and soft middles. We also had the lentil appetizer which was perfectly spiced, served warm with garlic toast. Just a great burger joint!

We too often frame anticipation positively. A first kiss, a career milestone. 50 minutes to put in an order and another 30 for the food, only to have apps arrive after a 27 dollar burger that tastes like the one from that millennial owned spot that made you angry you paid 19 dollars (at least this one comes with the fries). I’m an optimist for nearly every place in the city, but I’m not sure this one has the ingredients to ever make a night worth serving. Don’t let the mandatory gratuity hit you on the way out.

Mouth watering, succulent, cooked to perfection burger. I cannot express to you how you are not checking out this dive and dine. Eloquently placed in the lower Eastside, Nancy Pelosi should run and try. This stuff, the staff, is dapper, I can’t explain. From the hot sauce, the truffle fries, all is not in vein. I do ordain to visit so glad, this Brindle Burger was the juiciest pleasure I ever had.
