The lox and the bagel were excellent. I opted for tomato and onion, which detracted from it for me. Just lox and cream cheese would have been better imo. Very friendly service.

I absolutely love this place! I got a big order to cater a party/picnic, and I’m so glad I went to Broadway au Lait. The food was absolutely delicious, and the workers there were so kind and careful about packing it in boxes to make it easy to carry for us. Very reasonably priced, and very friendly people. Highly recommend!

Roman, the morning cashier is a great guy to chat with. He introduced me to my first ever BAKLAWA ?. The coffee is nice and warm. I’m looking forward to get some soup and a sandwich soon.

I've visited twice. Both times I was rudely asked to leave within minutes of ordering, despite the place being completely empty. Do not come here expecting to have a conversation with a friend over coffee--no matter how brief!

I went to buy hot chocolate and ended up getting a snack. Everything was going well until the cashier became very rude and aggressive towards me when she saw that I had a sandwich (bread and cheese) from home. I apologized and asked if they served the sandwich there so that I could buy it, but she was still aggressive and uncooperative. This experience left me with no choice but to leave the store, feeling disappointed and disheartened.

The service is absolutely awful. I strongly recommend people checking it out if they wanna experience rude service and short tempers of the bartender. Absolutely the worst. No customers inside but they still ask you to leave rudely just because you sit over 45 minutes. Come on, it requires EQ to do business.
