The ambiance was the only good thing about this place. The views were amazing but not the cost of terrible food. We arrived at 8:45 and even though it wasn't busy we still waited 20 minutes before anyone came over to take even our drink orders. Then we immediately ordered a pizza. The pizza only came out after waiting another 40 minutes, and flagging down the waiter. Meanwhile other guests who arrived some time after us had received their pizza already. The pizza then came out cold and hard as a rock. After informing the waiter he told the manager and they brought us a new pizza 20 minutes later. Once again this pizza was bad. Since the manager never checked in with us I then went up to the manager myself to inform him how bad our experience was and how bad the pizza was for a 2nd time.He seemed to not care and said he would let the staff know while barely paying any attention to me or what I was saying. Paid over a hundred dollars for cold and hard pizza we didn't even eat and couldn't even get an acknowledgment or get it taken off our bill. Save the trouble and go to a 99cent pizza place for a better experience and service.

Great atmosphere with the giant windows and lighting. Service was fast and efficient. Ordered the smash burger which was OK. Nothing to write home about. Side of fries was the same. Menu was an odd assortment of dishes, not bad, just not a vast variety. Not a let down but kind of pricey for what you get. If you’re not wanting to leave the hotel it is an OK option.Wheelchair accessibility: Nearly every table has removable chairs to make space for a wheelchair.

We made a reservation for our anniversary celebration. I chatted with them through OpenTable to indicate it was a special occasion and asked to be seated by the window (which we knew was on a first come, first served basis). We lined up early and when we checked in, the hostess wished us a "Happy Anniversary", which as a very nice touch. They had our reservation and seated us right at the center (table 505), which was awesome! The food was good and that night, the service was impeccable. It was raining that evening but it didn't dampen the mood or our spirits. It is a bit pricy (what isn't in Times Square?) but we'll always consider the Broadway Lounge to celebrate special occasions.

We spent two nights at Marriott Marquis and both nights we went to Broadway Lounge for dinner and drinks. The food, drinks and customer service were top notch, but we were especially impressed by Violeta who greeted us the first night at the front desk. She made sure we got the best table available, happily answered all the questions we had and also helped us make a reservation for the following night. She was there the second night as well and yet again provided an exceptional service. We will definitely be back!

The ambience is beautiful and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the new York steak and cocktails. Violeta it's such a sweet person. I went with my boyfriend to our first anniversary and she got us the bast window table. ???

Honestly, we should've known better and not eaten in such a touristy area of the city. We didn't realize that in order to have the special view you have to make the reservation for the Perch. The food was OK nothing special and the service was fine. There are plenty more interesting places to eat in New York City.

Thank you so much to Violeta for helping my friends and I get a table at Broadway lounge and making our experience in New York awesome. Super fun we loved it. We went two nights in a row. Amazing spot.

Great views and food was very delicious. Window seat was key to a fun after theater snack. Made reservations ahead of time. Couldn't have been easier centrally located next to a lot of the theaters.

Good

Food is good, not great. I was expecting great for a $48 NY strip steak. Would expect the steak to come with mashed potatoes and a veggie for that price. My wife's expensive hamburger was not cooked to requested temp. View is fantastic if you request a window seat overlooking Time Square - by far the best part of this place
