The hotel is very good, close to the train, the place is very safe and if you have problems with something in the room, they will solve it without any problem. They have 3 bars and after 12 there is security that takes you to your apartment in the elevator.?

Food and drinks were delicious. Interesting cocktail options, including a daily punch. Good assortment of shareable apps. We loved the tuna with sticky rice and a platter of 3 spreads w pita and crudite. Mmm. Its best to make a reservation for outdoor seating.

Very nice place, food and drinks have New York prices but considering the view and the location it's okay. Friendly staff

Cute rooftop bar, came with a friend for a live music event - little too noisy to appreciate the music, but chill vibes. Bartender made me a nice little mocktail. :)

Went because it was listed as a Tiki bar, but that was definitely not the vibe. More of a loud bar

I stopped in here because I was staying at the hotel. It was fine for a drink but I wouldn't stay for more personally. Getting there: You do have to take the elevator up. They have an attendant manning the elevator to take you there. He's not very approachable or talkative and seemed pretty shy. This isn't a problem but set a bit of an awkward tone going up there. Drinks: They have a lot of themed drinks which is fun. I forgot which one I had as it wasn't particularly great or memorable despite the theme. I was a bit sad I didn't get served in a cooler cup because they had so many tiki-esque glassware back on the bar. Ambiance: It was raining so no one was on the patio. I'm sure it would have been awesome out there ! The bar is pretty dark but there's a lot of soft colorful string lights around. A bit too dim for me personally. Seating: They have bar seating and some couchs/tables in the main room Service: The bar tenders were attentive but didn't talk too much at the beginning. As I was there longer they had convos with me and actually gave me a lot of recommendations which was awesome

We sat at the bar. Unfortunately when we arrived, it’s like the lady bartender didn’t care about us, and ignored us for the whole time, while catering to the other customers at the bar around us. Maybe because we didn’t look like party-goers and they did? I dunno. It would’ve been nice if she at least said something like “hey, I see you and I’ll be right with you”. There was another guy (who wasn’t a bartender) who gave us glasses of water, and said sorry that it will take a bit more time. We thank him because at least he cared. After some minutes, a new bartender arrives and comes and takes our order. He seemed like a nice guy. Too bad the experience has already been tainted. The 2 stars for Service are for these 2 guys only, 3 stars removed because of that lady and the whole experience. Good thing we were staying at the Freehand hotel and didn’t go too much out of our way just to come here.

Used to love this place ! Me and my colleagues have been coming here since before covid, it was such good vibes and they even had brunch at one point! There was this tall beautiful server name Shainadia who always took care of us. She was so helpful , and funny. I just found out the new manager fired her because of jealousy so we definitely wont be returning. She was literally THE BEST we thought she was the manager our first visit haha she was so good. Hope shes doing ok they didnt deserve her.

I never leave reviews because that's not my thing but this deserves one . Good music, great food, good drinks, costumers service 3 of 10 . I'm nobody to say this but you guys can do better the place have potential (as a bartender) I felt kinda type of way because I ask for a mix shot at the end of my visit the fact that it took 25,35 minutes to arrive when clearly there was 2 bartenders behind the bar and it was a slow night ......... Nothing else to say......................

We walked in here on an empty Tuesday evening with a large group. The staff was absolutely horrendous. The attitude was through the roof. They asked us to leave after 30 minutes, even though the entire place was empty now let’s not even talk about the drinks no mint in the Mojito the piña colada tasted like an expired can of condensed milk And still has the audacity to charge $20 per cocktail. You can pass.
