Bagel is flabby and tasteless, as is the sausage and eggs. Pretty disappointing for a ten dollar sandwich. I don’t understand what all the positive reviews are for. Better bagels are to be had on every block.

Bagels have really gone down hill here. They're often underbaked or slightly burnt or severely misshapen. I'm sad because I used to live these bagels but it's always so crowded and it's not even certain you'll get a good bagel.

Pros: The spreads are absolutely delicious, and they offer generous servings! Highly recommend the Garlic Herb and Chipotle Diablo spreads.

Cons: The bagels weren't toasted enough, which impacted the flavor. While I understand they were busy and focused on efficiency, a bit more attention to toasting would have been appreciated.
