Amazing restaurant and people. One of my favorite bagel shops in the city. The people are very kind, and they will take great care of you with their service.

Honestly… the bagels themselves absolutely slap. Especially the sesame and everything. But yeah Bagels are a solid 8.5-9 out of 10

This location is an easy 5 stars.

I was in town for work for 1 month. This became my regular spot for breakfast. Once you get a hang of the ordering routine and overwhelming amount of options to choose from, you will be happy with your choice. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff and they are fast as well! The tap latte is also priced well compared to other places and tastes good!

Please choose this location, it is a completely different experience compared to the other location close to Chelsea!

My favorite is the classic whole wheat everything bagel with cream cheese. I can't wait to be back!

The bagels are super delicious.
My favorite is the jalapeño asiago cream cheese filling.
The service is amazing and the people working there are really nice.

First time trying here. I have my other bagel shops as favorite but I liked it here as well. Yummy iced coffee. I usually like egg bagel but I didn't like it here. Their fillings and cream cheeses were good tho

Bagels had great texture, whether toasted or not, and were so fluffy and soft on the inside! Cream cheeses had a more natural taste than most other bagel shops, specifically the mix-ins that go into the cream cheese. For example, one flavor with green onions tasted super fresh, which I liked but others may not.

Sort of a weird ordering process - food at one counter and drinks at the other, but the shop wasn’t too busy when I visited so this shouldn’t be too much of a hassle.

I feel disappointed? The bagel didn’t taste like how I remember NYC bagels tasting. Maybe I got the wrong kind. I got the jalapeño Asiago bagel with vegetable cream cheese. I appreciated the freshness cause god knows how long it’s been since I’ve had a vegetable. Also ordering and paying was confusing.

We heard so many good things about this bakery online and flew over from Berlin, Germany to experience it for ourselves. What can you say? AMAZING! The bagels are simply amazing – fresh, fluffy and super tasty. The best bagel shop in town, hands down.

Oh my gosh! Totally recommended for anyone who wants to try authentic New York bagels. We'll definitely be back!
